Terrific pharmacy staff. Andrew Ballester and his staff are first class professionals. Very knowledgeable and polite and go the extra mile to help ensure patients receive the best care. For example, these pharmacy technicians and Andrew and Robert always make sure any possible GoodRX or Single Care coupons are applied. I’m a retired pharmacist who once worked for Walgreens, and therefore I understand that working in the pharmacy is one of the most stressful jobs anywhere. Andrew and his staff are clearly the best of the best. Great job. Thanks to all of them.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. I went through drive-thru to pick up my medicines and they were very accommodating and quick with my service.

Ross, the pharmacy tech never comes back to phone to answer questions. He repeatedly picks up phone and place you back on hold. Bad customer service , He is rude to customers.

I never write reviews, especially for a Walgreens. But this guy Brandon was so helpful. He was helping me with some returns while helping a lady print photos. Went above and beyond and helped us both at the same time super fast. The world needs more Brandons helping us out.

I love to go to the Walgreens at Torrey Pines and Charleston location in Las Vegas, I love the staff specially Tess she is amazing and always ask about my son( who is at USA army in south corea) she make me feel family not just a customer. I highly recommend that location. That also have a Spanish lady that is very nice and always has a smile on her face. I wish there was more Tess in every Walgreens around USA, she makes difference for good.

I went there 6/26)24, at 8:13-8:18pm. I load my cash app card at the register. She has classes with short hair I got date and time. I had 5 20 dollars bill's I loaded my card, I'm so tired from work 12 hours, she looks thru every bill witch is explainable, she tells me my bill's are creepy to her. and I'm pretty sure you have audio, so I leave. Now I return back to the store because I forgot to buy toothpaste and mouthwash, and I believe floss I bought. So it came up to 9:24. So I told her it's okay man you can keep the change or put in the register man because I was like leaving, so she tells me in a mean way I don't need nothing from you. I felt that she was very racist cuz I am African American. And it hurt me and embarrass me so much that somebody would say that to me. And you have audio in your store so I'm pretty sure you can hear everything I just want to say that it's sad that you have somebody that works like that that would do that to somebody in the community a productive person that works everyday. And to just do that for the Creed and the color of the skin it's not right. And I've been coming to the store for 16 years and I never had that problem in my life. Thank you very much, I just don't want the same thing to happen to me and somebody will have to go to the same hurt. I had time to think I'm filing a lawsuit against you guy's something is not right

Difficult if not impossible to speak with a live person in pharmacy. The AI fake person says they can answer questions but they are clueless & wasted my time for 15 minutes. When I finally convinced the recorded voice to transfer me to pharmacy 10 minutes before closing, no one in pharmacy would answer the phone - they waited out the clock (closed at 9). Now I have to wait until morning to battle their phone system again. Worthless!!!!!!! Hideous service!!! Look at all the 1 star reviews!!!!!

I have been using this Walgreens pharmacy for 8 years they keep changing staff to the worst specially the ones now are incompetent and very stupid they keep making mistakes one after the other also not refilling prescription when needed the pharmacist is rude and obnoxious also the store manager today i switched to Cvs. Never coming back to Walgreens again ???

The evening manager got mad at me because I figured out they kept 100$ of mine. I added cash to 2 cash app accounts there and when I got home I was short 100$. I immediately called the store and explained my situation and was told to call back in 40 minutes. I called back in 30 minutes and was on hold long enough for my call to be rerouted to the main call line 3 times. After the 3rd time I was told I needed my receipts so they could look up the transactions so I asked to be put on hold so I could grab them out of my car. When I got back on the line I told them I found my receipts and she said “ so you still have a problem?” I said “Yes, I’m still missing 100$$. So the evening manager started going over the receipts telling me everything that I had on my receipts except that she counted her drawer and it was 99$ and some change over. RUDE LIKE. she asked me how long it take for me to come back I said 10min. She said “fine I’ll wait for you”. I immediately knew right then, she was pissed off that I had figured it all out and she wasn’t going home 100$ richer. I arrived and was met with the biggest attitude I had encountered in a while. The first words out of her mouth was “give me the barcode” I said excuse me? She said “ THE BARCODE FOR YOUR CASH APP” she wanted to put that 100$ she kept onto my cash app. I wanted to argue and say that no, I don’t want it put on there, but I pulled up the barcode and she put it on there. Walgreens really need to watch the entire session from last night 1/28/24 at 6:36pm and 7:50 pm and also listen to the phone calls at 6:56pm and 7:29 pm. I did NOTHING WRONG. I only figured out their racquet game and pissed her off. She probably already had that 100$ bill in her purse and couldn’t retrieve it without her workers seeing it so she put it on my cash app.
