Two employees are at the cash register, and no one is on the floor. Waited five minutes, pressing the button for help, and no one acknowledged. Low-paid employees have poor quality of work; hence, AI replaces those jobs first.

Chanel, a sales associate at this location should NOT be in customer service if she does not want to provide good customer service. I understand we live in a low trust society nowadays, sadly, but as I'm in my work uniform with name badge and all, but wouldn't allow me to even touch the product.
There are a million people looking for jobs right now Walgreens and you should probably try a few better candidates than Chanel.
Absolutely terrible!

Hello, my name is Kenny K and I've lived in Las Vegas for 55 years and I've been purchasing from Walgreen on Decatur and trop for many of those years. I came in a week and a half ago with a rash spread in through my arms and Raymond the shift manager was here. He went above and beyond to assist me and give me an advice on the pharmacy and what they could offer. He also went online and looked up what appears to be my condition and shared possible solutions?. This is my first review ever online and I want you to know I am very proud of Raymond and how he provided service?. Thank you and I wish you could recognize his great service as a shift leader.

Edited to add that I just went on your reviews after and you guys didn't have security last time I was there so yeah this is a Walgreens (your specific location) and NARROW SECURITY PROBLEM NOW (NOT NEX like Kurt the manager lied to me about) because I haven't been there in over a month!!!! Insane y'all should be ashamed and lost a loyal customer. I will be fighting this to the end trust me!!!!!
I would give 0 stars but can't unfortunately. I was just profiled against by the security named Triago or Trigus by him forcing me out of the store claiming I stole last time I was there. If that was the case (which it wasn't I do NOT steal.) I barely go to that location since I've moved. I stop after my kids are off school on that side of town. I went about a month ago to buy drinks & snacks! If I supposedly stole why wasn't I stopped right then on the spot!?! Mind you I've never seen this grumpy old man in my whole life. He's extremely rude & unprofessional. I had to spend extra money to go drive out of my way wasting gas & bought a different brand hair color that was $20 more at the second Walgreens. The manager Kurt intentionally gave me wrong security information!! How are you a manager & don't know who works for you? The security at the next store when I told them & showed the pics of the security I took for my personal protection and attorney that degraded, embarrassed, & verbally attacked me by calling me some disrespectful name when I walked in the Tropicana location she let me know the correct information of their company & told me she's relieved him from shift change before, that he's one of those people that takes his job way too serious. Confirming that this guy is a lying, corrupt guard he's probably stealing from Walgreens I'm sure. I must look like a girl that broke his heart lol I've made corporate reports & will 100% be contacting my lawyer in the morning. That's how positive I am about him confusing me for someone else or profiling me by the way I look. (My tattoos or maybe because my hair was up looking crazy since I WAS GOING TO BUY HAIR DYE it's needed to be done for 6 months now.) I gave my hard earned money to a location that deserves it though! Wish you guys all the luck in the world and you'll hear from me very soon! 😊

Im done, no wonder you're all losing to Amazon and going out of business, I stand 10 min waiting for someone to unlock a door for 10 dollar hair conditioner bc you can't invest in security, nobody helped and I left. I'm never coming back...

I wish they had a security guard. The workers there are nice and helpful, but I bought mouthwash that was drank out of already! I didn’t notice it had no seal until I went to open it and wondered why it wasn’t sealed. The back of the bottle says it has a seal, some gross guy has put his lips on it! I forgot to keep my receipt and it is a waste :(

This location is supposed to be 24 hours but is closed most nights around 3 am even though the staff is walking around inside.

My second time going to that Walgreens do not recommend this store the staff are extremely stupid.. first time they didn't put my points in the second time they overcharged me and didn't give me a receipt

Lots of shelves are empty or items locked away. Bud light cold is locked away but the normal is not 🤔Staff seems always Stressed. No fresh stuff to buy. Seen better Walgreens.
