I went to the pharmacy to interview the pharmacy before switching to this pharmacy. The person I was interviewing did not understand simple English.
When I told the manager on duty she did not appear to care. Her excuse is that the person I talked to did not hear me. Even more scary that they go through the motions without knowing what I am asking. Makes me feel I would get wrong answers if I needed information. Would not recommend letting them participate in my medical care.

I come to this store to get some snacks and see the cooler doors are locked, I press the button and wait for assistance and no one comes, 5 minutes goes by and I press it again, after another 5 minutes of waiting I decide to ask the cashier (who is on her phone) for assistance and she says someone is coming to open it for me, I got back and wait another 5 minutes, and finally an asian lady comes out and asks me “what you want”, I point to the ice cream and she says she’ll bring it to the front for me. She then brings the wrong kind after and scurries back to her hide out somewhere in the back. How hard is it to do a small task that takes less than a damn minute???

I just left Walgreens and the attendant was extremely arrogant. I asked her a question about where a product was and she made a bad face to answer. If you don't know how to work with people, find another job. Young, white girl with glasses, EXTREMELY ARROGANT and rude.

Don’t bother coming here the pharmacy people are Freaking Rude. Especially a girl that answers the phone I believe her name was Kenisha. They need to learn customer service and stop being rude. But I’m sure nothing will happen because they like to cover up for each other and act like they don’t know who is right there.

This isn't in the nicest part of town but if you need a trusted pharmacy this Is the place to go. Ive never had a pharmacist actually explain things in detail to me. They helped me with all of my vaccines. They explained which ones are necessary in my city and why. He also gave me a print out of all my vaccines so I can keep track. Most people dont think this is an important customer service job. But his friendly demeanor and informative professional attitude towards me will make me continue to go out of my way to go to this pharmacy. Thank you.

If I could give 0 stars I would give that. I have been here multiple times for a prescription for my daughter. Everytime they tell me my insurance is rejected from their system due to a “missing or incorrect DOB” for her. I verify every time that it’s correct with Optum RX and that YOU Walgreens are entering it in correctly. I will get on the phone with Optum RX and the Walgreens while there and nothing ever gets figured out. I end up no matter what having to pay cash for my prescription EVERY time. I have a 3 yo, work with me Walgreens. I just submitted the same prescription to cVS and it’s free. You’ve officially lost our family of 3, soon to be 4’s business and I will be sharing with everyone from my company that has this insurance to NOT go to Walgreens across the country. I appreciate that this location is 24 hrs but why is every Walgreens I got to rejecting prescriptions for my daughter. Optum RX has NO record you ever submitted a prescription and in Jan and Feb, I have had two for her.

Nate at the Walgreens on Tropicana and Rainbow is seriously the best tech ever! He’s so friendly and patient—I can’t even tell you how much I appreciated it. I was totally lost with my insurance and figuring out vaccines, but Nate spent like 10 minutes working it all out for us, chatting us through everything so nicely. Im also very afraid of needles and he made it very stress free and easy. Honestly, he’s the best tech I’ve ever met! I’d recommend him to anyone—he’s amazing!
