Took 20 minutes to pick up a prescription. Don't bother calling, they are too busy to answer the phone. I don't know what the cause is, but they always seem overwhelmed. It's been like this for long time. I'm switching pharmacies. Even if I have to drive a little longer, I'll still probably save time.

I got a text saying call Walgreens. I tried calling and I was put on hold and then hung up on several times.If I would’ve done this at my job, I would’ve been fired.

This pharmacy is the worst! I stood in line yesterday for 30 minutes and the only served one person during that time. I left and came back today... 23 minutes in the drive through so far! Total time today 38 minutes.

If you could avoid this location do it, it has the worst customer service, the so call manager its a joke. I don't know how this corporations hire this type of staff. Sorry to say it but they are useless and then they use their race traumas agains the customers, just to get away with the lack of education and manners. Good there is another Walgreens near by

ZERO stars for the retail portion, not the pharmacy or the Walgreens company. I'm not going to share my experience in detail. I will say that you should visit this location if you want to write a dissertation about how not to provide customer service! You'll have no problem collecting an ample amount of data at this location.This is a great company! There are great employees! This location, for a lack of a better word, SUCKS!!

The pharmacy at this location is terrible about customer service. EVERY time I call and I mean EVERY time, it's always a looooong hold / wait. This is ridiculous. I called today at 620 and had 3 callers ahead of me and yet I was on hold for over 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then when somebody picked up, they dropped the call immediately. That's FUCKING ridiculous.

Both my Physician and I are upset. I've used Walgreens exclusively for over 10 years, so this year I signed up for a prescription plan with the name "Walgreens" attached. For MONTHS now, ALL Walgreens have been "out of stock and have no idea when it will come", of my PAIN medication. My PAIN maintenance medication creates withdrawal symptoms and highly increased pain, when not taken regularly, 5 times per day. This Walmart puts calls on "hold" for over an hour, then disconnects, instead of answering. We're (normally) a happy family, always appreciative of every one, no matter what their position. The employees at this location are short staffed and now, short tempered. In our opinion, Walgreens Pharmacy has declined to the point of bottomed out!

We have used this Walgreens for years to fill our prescriptions. They are also very convenient for small items like drinks, snacks, health products, etc. This location is BUSY and there pharmacy staff rotates frequently. Regardless of who has helped us we always get excellent served here. They are friendly, kind, and treat you with respect. We will stay loyal Walgreens customers and will continue to use the pharmacy and retail store!

The pharmacy is the worst !!! They go so slow they might go backwards soon. They are very incompetent the list goes on and on. They will delete your prescriptions and then tell you to call your dr to get a new one. You sit in the drive thru for anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes being the only car in the drive thru. They need to learn how to work from Walmart at least they can even fill a prescription in under 30 minutes and picked up fast. I HATE Walgreens

This walgreens pharmacy location should be investigated for their mishandling of controlled substances. I've brought my prescription here 6 times now mistakenly thinking that they will be like every pharmacy, yet this location in particular seems mistakenly mix names up or even at one point last month lost my refill which is a controlled substance! What is going on here?

Conveniently located north of 215 and Decatur in the north side of the valley. It's on your left hand side as you travel north on Decatur so you can either do a u-turn at the traffic light or turn left into the parking lot and stay in the left lane to get to the Walgreens. There is plenty of parking space and the pharmacy drive-thru is located between Walgreens and the strip mall. Some days, it's quicker to walk-in than wait in this line. The store set-up is like most Walgreens and their inventory has similar items you find anywhere. I've had good experiences both at their photo center and pharmacy. The wait time is longer at the pharmacy because of covid vaccination appointments and influx of the population in the area due to high volume of new residents. Simply put, plan for longer wait times.
