There is absolutely no empathy, no compassion, and no care at this locations pharmacy. The main girl who works the front her name starts with an E is rude, condescending, and lacks customer service skills. Jud the pharmacist has no back bone, can care less about his clients and would rather hide than actually do his job. I've had them leave my script on the counter to be seen by other which is a huge HIPPA violation, they mess up meds, they question if you've picked up certain meds before(like you should know if Ive picked up my script or not), told me to go back and get a new script when they can call and get scripts fixed and so much more. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! The pharmaceutical board should go and clean house at this location and anyone else having issues with this location should lodge a complaint with the pharmaceutical board because this shouldn't continue to happen.

Eva in pharmacy was amazing! Such a sweet and genuinely caring person! Super happy with my experience. Wallgreens you need to keep this one around she’s the best!Update everyone else I have encountered is terrible. Including the pharmacist. He’s slow and incompetent.

The pharmacy has been a horrible experience. Sadly EVERY TIME EVERY MONTH. I am so sorry I am required to shop here. Staff is put off because customers expect them to make an effort. RUDEST technicians who offer no information r/t problem resolution.

Had the worst pharmacy technician at this location. She wanted to argue that they don’t call insurances for overrides and the patient needs to do it and then proceeded to tell me she’s been doing her job for 8 years. I in fact did call our insurance who then told me that the pharmacy does need to contact them to do an override. She was in just a hurry to get off the phone so she didn’t miss her lunch break. I’ve been a healthcare provider for 30 years and many times have I not gotten a full lunch or had a late lunch because I’m taking care of my patients. I then speak to the pharmacist who states it’s not his job to call the insurance company. He says if he called insurance companies all day he wouldn’t get his job done. He said it’s the insurance company’s job to call him. I call my insurance company and tell them what happened and they were appalled and had me on hold so a supervisor could do the override which they are only supposed to do for mail order prescriptions. While I am speaking to the insurance company the pharmacist calls me to harass me by saying “I see the prescription went through without me calling the insurance company” This behavior is beyond unprofessional.

Worst pharmacy in the city. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. I have no idea why I’ve been coming here for over 20 years but I will be changing pharmacies immediately

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced! The only decent experiences I have had was with the Asian pharmacist.. the people are rude, talk to you any kind of way with no apology. I asked for a manager from one guy who refused to give me his name and told me that he was in charge and there was no one higher than him to speak to.. no empathy, aren’t they part of the health care system??. I have been saying to myself for quite a while, with such poor service and long wait times to change from this pharmacy (Rainbow & Ann). After today, there is no more thinking! It could not get any more worse. I will not give them my business any longer.. and the sad part is I really don’t think they care!! I absolutely wonder if there corporate offices have a clue to how they are butchering their company name. I am not the only 1 star rating, wake up Walgreens!!!

The pharmacy is terrible. It's been like this forever, so don't expect it to change. Waited 70 minutes today. No word of apology from anyone. When an elderly lady asked the staff how much longer she would have to wait, as she needed to take her oxygen, Brittany told her that they were very busy and she would just have to wait her turn. The woman asked if it was going to be 15 minutes or 50 minutes and she still didn't get an answer. Truly shocking the way they treat people at this store. I'm finally writing this review because it's not isolated. Walgreens corporate need to step up here.

They are the most unfriendly staff I have ever dealt with. If there is any small thing wrong with a prescription, you will never get it. They say they call the doctor. And, at that point, they are through. No additional follow-up, no call to the patient - nothing.

Pharmacy is a joke. Unprofessional service every time, and ridiculously long wait times.

Pharmacy is horrible!! The worst… the waiting times, the phone times, the refill times, and the customer service.. there is so much room to be better and it’s sad how much of a headache it is to get prescriptions to make use feel better and to even stay alive. You have to do better. It’s acceptable anywhere other than a pharmacy. We all visit to help us live, why make it harder than our doctors do. Way under staffed!!!

Incompetent pharmacy. Prepare to be aggravated and disappointed. You should go anywhere else. Trust the bad reviews.

These people are very rude, and do not help you at all. Just try and rush you off the phone or out of there and don’t even make sure you know what’s going on with your prescriptions when they can be very harmful if not administered properly. They don’t explain to you when your prescription changes, and I could have had a heart attack.

Since switching to this location from another I have had nothing but problems getting my scripts filled and them not wanting to handle prior authorizations or picking and choosing what scripts they want to fill or not fill. On Friday 12/16/22 I turned in 2 scripts left to an appointment where I attempted to pull up my orders to update my script list with that physician and one of them was not showing. Upon returning my script was still sitting on the keyboard. When I mentioned it and said something they attempted to tell me it had been put in but not scanned in. I then called them out on it because why would you not scan both prescriptions at when putting them in and why was only one script showing. Fast forward to today 12/21/22 I went in because my script was still not filled and I was told it need prior authorization and they faxed it yet no follow up there after. I also mentioned how they left my script out which the pharmacy manager then advised she leaves papers everywhere and started pointing it out. I advised her it was unethical to leave someone’s script out and she did not care. Not only is it unethical but it’s a HIPPA violation to just leave someone’s script out cause you couldn’t scan it even though you scanned in the other script that was turned in at the same time. After getting a print out regarding why I need prior authorization and I was on my way home before I was even able to reach out to my Drs office regarding the matter all of a sudden my script was authorized and being filled. So this location not only picks and chooses what scripts they want to fill, what authorizations they would like to work on, but they also openly admit to leaving patients paperwork/scripts out until they decide to scan it in which is a HIPPA violation. I will be calling corporate and the board of pharmacy to advise. Shame on this location.
