Thank you Ann for all the help you gave us and the other workers, but Ann was so refreshing , helpful,friendly and kind and I just wanted to thank you ( Ann ) because she had no idea what I was going through but yet she my experience so easy I forgot that I was preparing for my dad's funeral. Thank you soooooo much for all your help that really meant a lot to me.

Lisa the “manager” and Mike who works in the photo section are rude and unhelpful. They are dismissive of customers needs and should not be in customer service. Keep up the bad work team!

I was at this location a few nights ago and I think it would be only fair to stand up for someone who was trying to stand up for themselves and got told off instead by one of her own I wish I got her name poor girl but I was standing in line and the manager was yelling at the employee even though she didn’t do anything wrong and basically kicked her out of the store, yes the manager I repeat kicked this poor girl out, it was rude and she was saying she didn’t do anything or from what I gathered sounded like she was being accused of something she didn’t say and the older gentleman made a whole fuss and the manager disregarded her and let her be screamed at by the customer and cussed out, one hell of a staff you got there walgreens i believe the managers name is Dena. Definitely made sure I had her name down but let me add on the girl seemed so stressed out already as it was but she was very kind to me and she didn’t deserve to be treated and talked to like that at all whole thing just doesn’t sit right with me and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since it happened. Also the girl had to have been a teenager she looked very young and was treated like she meant nothing and what she had to say was worthless. The girl clearly needed her managers support and help or even just her back in a situation like that she did the exact opposite that’s why I’m very confused. Let’s help support these young people even if she did something wrong whole thing was handled absolutely poorly

Pharmacist at this location is the absolute worst person I have ever had to interact with in this town. Had an issue refilling a prescription I need for my health and got humiliated by how he talked down to me. Not surprising getting treated this way in a rich, bougie neighborhood if you have issues with paying for urgent care visits and whatnot. I’ll be getting my meds at other places.
