What happened to this store? The The helpful staff that was there before the change is gone replaced by people who are content to say “we don’t have that.” Zero customer service except to say those sacred words “we don’t have that.” I don’t understand how a store which is packed with products don’t have the things you want. The older Walgreens had a section of HomeGoods where you could find things like wall hangers. Now there’s a tiny section in one of the isles with most of the products vacant. I had to walk by a used bandage right by the front door the store has become. Useless. I will be surprised if they stay open much longer. The walk-in clinic thing was a stupid idea. My last trip was my last trip there.

People at the pharmacy seem like they can care less about helping people out especially towards the end of their shift. Show a little more compassion for people who go to you for products that people need. If you don’t love what you do move on…

change some of your employees roles around for goodness sake. came in to put cash on a card and we waited for about ten minutes for Anthony to come out from the back to scan a card and deposit the cash funds. brandi in the front who was helping me was super patient and tried calling him multiple times, someone else even came out and she had to ask them where he was and that she’s been needing him for this transaction. when Anthony did finally make his way out he avoided any apologies for the wait (i’m also disabled and use a cane so i plan ahead for when places aren’t busy so i don’t have to stand too long) avoided any eye contact and dipped back out after he finally did his job. kinda ridiculous of him.

Ok, every national chain pharmacy gets negative reviews because they are understaffed and can't possibly keep up. This one is no different. But at least it's clean! It's a newer store and actually has stayed clean so far. They have several helpful things in stock. So I think if you're going to deal with the national chain pharmacy chronic understaffing to make more profits for shareholders, at least go to a clean store like this one.

The Spanish pharmacist lady working today wasn’t able to help me because they only filled my 90 prescription to 75. She said she’s unable to help me! got caught quiet during all my questions. I said I’m pregnant and I could lose my baby not having my medicine and she said she wasn’t the one who did it. she did not care at all. No concern in her voice at all. The most cold-blooded person I’ve ever spoke to. businesses should have customer service skills. No accountability for her pharmacy techs. If I could give her a zero I would. She told me to speak with the pharmacy manager and offered no help or customer service whatsoever. I guess medical school doesn’t teach Customer Care.Big shame!!!!

If there was anything lower than 1 star the pharmacy at Ann and Drexel would get a negative. 2 days ago we were supposed to get prescriptions. Next day went to store and picked up 2 and they said the 3rd one would be delivered that afternoon--and we were charged. Called 3 times today before the people there finally picked up. First, they did not have any--talked to manager and told her who we talked with and after 12 minutes on hold, talked with the same person that opened up in the AM and told us they would have it out. After more than 25 minutes, she finally told me it would be here by 5 PM--I told her that I would be there at 5:10 if it was not here. First she said it would have to be paid for and I told her it already was and that we had a card on file with them and reminded her that they don't give out anything without charging first and that I would be happy to go there and show the receipt--took more than 12 minutes for her to do the paperwork that should have already been there.

I don't go to this location that much , but every time I do, it's the same girl working the cash register. She's miserable never smiles, never says hi, and is always on her phone. There's been times that she has been ringing me up and texting at the same time. I went in there this past week and she was on her cell phone with someone talking about someone she knew having an abortion. She did not care that i was standing there listening to her conversation. Miserable place to have to pop in for something.

i find it to be ridiculous how so many reviewers have the same complaint regarding staff and mangement and nothing is done the cashier ana should be terminated dont go in this location with a tote bag she will assume your stealing and almost got her feelings hurt because of it play with someone else.

Terrible service from the folks in pharmacy. I understand they have a stressful job but when I'm just trying to get my prescriptions, my last four experiences have been horrible. They get annoyed when you ask questions or ask to use discount cards. Also asked to check on a back order of a medication and the person helping me seemed irritated and was unhelpful.

As busy as he was, Dan the Pharmacist was always kind. He always answered questions in a caring non judgemental manner.After Dan left this place is a joke. They have rude techs with no form of customer service skills. They have a new pharmacist Riza who is very rude and plays doctor with your medication. She acts visibly annoyed if you have a question and is judgemental and will hold your medication hostage while she plays God with her overinflated sense of self!Quite a few people I know have complained and we have switched pharmacies because of her. Such a disappointment.Walgreens should be ashamed how this pharmacy is treating people. I switched my wife and I over to a new pharmacy where they treat people with respect.

Don’t go here!!! This is the most unprofessional pharmacy. They have the windows closed during work hours. First because they were at lunch which isn’t listed. Then later the same day they were 4 people I could see, but they wouldn’t open the windows. After bagging on the window, They said they can’t open because they don’t have a pharmacist. So we cannot pickup the prescriptions after being notified they are ready. Last time they didn’t have the medicine we were prescribed because they were running out. Done with this location.

Waited in prescription pickup line to be told my prescription isn't there, wasn't sent or in system.. Not until I read back thier address and the time prescription was sent did she"reset" system and found the prescription... "your gonna need to give me 15 mins then get in line" ?!??!?!?!? Now 10 car deep... absolutely the worst location for prescriptions.... going down street ann and rainbow from now on.....

This is definitely a reject Walgreens. For some reason all the stores in the same area have the worst customer service.The pharmacy is slower than molasses being poured from a jar in the winter in NY.No one here has a sense of urgency. You must schedule an appointment for vaccinations but this pharmacy overlooks that. I spent an hour here. No this will NEVER happen again.Jayden the cashier at the front of the store is hustling people to buy extra items when you've already got what you want. The person in front of me spent 20 minutes trying to pay for their item as Jayden was hustling them to buy more stuff.In case you all have not noticed, but time is money. Schedules are meant for a reason. The lady injected the vaccination didn't do a good job. I was hurt literally with her just injecting the vaccine. I'll wait for the bruise to upload for everyone to see.When people are scheduled for injections don't send the person on break or lunch and make the customers wait.The store manager is no better than the employees. I now see why the employees are so horrible and why the reviews are horrible. I'd love to give this location and infinite number of negative stars.If you value your time and sanity, do NOT patronize this location. You will thank me later.
