Went in for a quick purchase and almost left in a Friday movie remake. Who hired Dee Boo from Friday? He’s gotta stop acting like he’s about to snatch people’s chains. 😂 I just came to shop, not fight. The other employees looked uncomfortable too, which says a lot. Jokes aside — you guys need to do better. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re walking into a showdown. Please address this before something real happens.

I had such a great experience at Walgreens tonight thanks to Albert. He went above and beyond to help me with my prescription and made the whole process so easy. He was incredibly patient and very kind throughout. It’s rare to find someone who truly takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of, but Albert did just that. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Call to inquire about the status on a refill, they verify my name and start repeating “wait for the text and there is nothing else I can do” without even I asked my question. Look, it’s obvious that you hate your job, but you are not doing me a favor, you get paid to do something better than this, if you are so fed up by answering people, I heard you don’t need to to speak a lot at warehouse.

Cashier needs better training. I purchased a gift card where she then said i could only purchase with cash or a debit card. Therefore, I used my debit card and tapped it on the pinpad. She then said next time make sure to pay with cash or debit I’ll let it slide. I then told her I did use my debit card, I tapped it. She then said it didn’t ask for you pin but lady it’s not my fault your machine didn’t ask me for a pin cause I tapped my card. Don’t try to scold me on something I didn’t do wrong maybe try learning about tap. Horrible attitude

I came in here shopping around, ended up spending over $100 but while I was shopping, I was accused of stealing twice after the first accusation I even zipped up my purse after I willingly showed there was nothing in it. All my items were in my cart I zip my purse closed. Continue to shop mind you my purse is on the cart very much visible. I get accused for the second time at that point I rushed to leave. The cashier was completely rude no thank you now. Have a blessed day. Nothing after spending over $100 and being accused of stealing worst customer service ever racial profiling very burnt out. MY FIRST & LAST TIME GOING TO THAT LOCATION !!!!!

CVS's pharmacy across the street closes in the middle of the day for lunch so I went to check if Walgreens was also closed. Instead I found out they have a 24 hour pharmacy, way friendlier staff, and a larger inventory of other goods.
Went back to CVS after they re-opened and found a long line of people also waiting for them to re-open. Would have gotten my prescription 30 minutes sooner if I got it from Walgreens.
