Do not use this pharmacy.About a year ago, I had picked up a prescription that was supposed to be a 90 day supply.. I soon realized they only gave me a 30 day supply. I call them, was on hold for 30 mins +, got told they need to check the cameras because I was "selling" or using the pills incorrectly. After about a week of waiting, they never back to me after me calling several times for my prescription. I go in person to ask them about it and the girl was very rude and handed it to me, didn't not apologize for the inconvenience. They had it ready the whole time but never said anything.Fast forward to today, 3/14/24. I go to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription at 12pm, waited in line for 35 minutes and ended up walking out due to having to go back to my job. I come back at 5pm and am waiting in line for about 10 minutes before someone came up. The young man that was working the drive thru asked his coworkers if anyonewas helping the front and the African American girl laughed and said no. Then my prescription wasn't ready - but no big deal because the lady that helped me was very nice and respectful. After being told it would be about 10 minutes for my prescription to be ready, it’s ended up being 30 minutes. They also are NEVER on time with their prescriptions. You can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. They don't take their job seriously which is sad considering this is for peoples HEALTH.Nothing but bad experiences here. Will be changing my pharmacy.[ Add photos

They won’t answer the phone no matter what time you call or how long you stay on the line, I’ve tried calling the pharmacy for hours and days, don’t waste your time

Avoid this pharmacy for your own sanity. Terrible customer service experience.Consistently poor customer service via phone and in person (on hold for min 15mins everytime I called). Meds are never ready on time, and the staff seemedindifferent and unhelpful, making it a frustrating overall.Save yourself the time and headache and find an alternate pharmacy.

Every single time I go (which I try never to do) I find the rudest, most unhappy people that act as if their day is ruined just by my being there. It’s sad.

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. If you have prescriptions to be filled, go somewhere else - you’ll thank me.

If you try and call to check on your prescription they will hang up on you. I drove all the way to this place on hold and stood in line watching them pick up and put the phone back. They didn't have anyone in the lines prescriptions ready. They didn't even have the most basic prescription my wife needed for covid available and we gave them over 24hrs to fill the prescription. Use any other pharmacy this one is a hazard.

The poor healthcare in Vegas extends to the pharmacies as well. I have sat on hold for 45 minutes before until a staff member answered the phone and hung up on me. One time the person who answered the phone lied and said my prescription hadn’t come in yet, only to discover based on the date on the bottle I eventually received that they did in fact have it (she didn’t even check). They frequently mess prescriptions up and incorrectly bill insurance, and run out of stock of common medications. If you ever need to speak to someone here or have them do anything for you, there is a chance you may pass away from old age before they get to it, and that's assuming they don't screw it up. Now I’ve been waiting almost two weeks for my prescriptions to be transferred to a different pharmacy and these people are likely being deliberately unhelpful, not answering my new pharmacy’s calls. Use literally any other pharmacy in Vegas.

I would highly recommend switching to any other pharmacy except this one. Here’s why:My wife had covid and she needed an inhaler in order to breathe. Spent 4 hours in the ER, and they sent the prescriptions to this address. I called in the morning since she wasn’t released until 2am, to verify they received it and when to expect it to be ready. It took 22 minutes before being rerouted to the IVR (main Walgreens phone line) and then having to call again and holding for an additional 10 minutes. Finally someone answers. I explained the situation and how it needed needed to be switched to her new last name, so insurance is billed properly) and we would be ok. The person on the phone said it was ok and pushed it through as a cash price and said to bring all documents and they would do it in store and it should be ready in about 1.5 hours. Perfect. I went in 2 hours later ( just incase they were busy and to give them some time…mind you I’m now arriving at 2pm when the prescriptions were sent at 3am the morning of) and was told that the prescriptions weren’t ready, they weren’t onsite, and they were being filled by their warehouse in AZ and it wouldn’t be ready for at least another day except for one of them (which was the least important one). The whole situation was inconvenient and lack of attention to detail. My wife had to call (who can barely talk and gets very winded with long conversations or doing basic things) and a manager said she could push it through and they magically had all the prescriptions in stock. How did they just magically appear? And why did it have to take talking to a manager to get it done?) I had the prescriptions transferred to CVS, talked to someone within 30 seconds and they had me in and out with all 4 prescriptions within 30 minutes. Please beware of this pharmacy. Try your luck anywhere else before being forced to use this pharmacy.

This got to be one of the worst pharmacy’s I’ve ever been to. The service and communication is horrible. Called multiple times because of prescription needing a refill and follow up because my other prescription wasn’t coming through. Even though my doctor had it resent to make sure it went through. So to verify they got it this time, I called again and kept being put on hold and transferring over then eventually left on ringer for 20 plus minutes with no answer. This place is more troublesome than others. Go to a different pharmacy and company because this is too much of a hassle.

I called the pharmacy but the staff continuously place you on hold, so I show up at the pharmacy to find out if my meds are ready for pickup they said not yet and that it will take 15 minutes. I waited for 15 minutes, 15 minutes turned into a half an hour, half an hour turned into one hour, by the time I got back on the counter to speak to someone to ask about my meds they said they do not have my meds in stock I asked them when can I pick it up they said, they said to call. So I responded, but you guys don't pick up the phone. No response. Already talked to the manager, and her excuse is that her staff is OVERWHELMED. Time to go elsewhere. Very disappointing.

I really don't like to write reviews and this is only my second one but I felt the need to write this one. I called Walgreens Pharmacy twice to check up on a prescription and was told by the automated system, was still not filled. So I called and was on hold for 15 minutes only to have the call disconnected. I called back to speak to the pharmacy manager and spoke to Ayesha (not sure if she was the manager) I told her I was following up on a prescription and started to tell her about the disconnected call. She was uninterested and asked for my info and said my prescription will be ready in 20 minutes. I was irritated about the lack of empathy and said "thank you for your concern," and she said you're welcome and as we were hanging up she was laughing. Whatever happened to customer service? Needless to say, I will not be using this pharmacy again. They won't care anyways.

This Walgreens pharmacy sucks. Its slow and we were picking up a prescription, were told to have a seat and that it would be filled in a couple minutes. We waited an hour without our name being called. Finally got back in line and were able to pick it up. Definitely dont recommend this walgreens pharmacy.

Horrible experience. The pharmacist asian with the name starts with an S, was very rude to staff and customers, and her refusals to fill prescriptions. She stated that she was asked to answer phones, and that's all she was going to do. She snapped at my patient because he needed an exchange of medication to a water soluble formula. She yelled at him and said it works the same, so take it; the one he had needed to be mixed with food. We were told by another worker that they could change it, and it would be a 15-minute wait time. After an hour of waiting, it still wasn't available and told that the medications that they have are expired and try to come back at another day. It took another pharmacist, Julie, to come and fix the problems. Julie contacted my patient directly, and we returned through the drive-thru as instructed by Julie. The worker at the window stated that they don't have the medication and to go to another location. I explained that we were called to come back through the drive-thru to pick up the medication. She persisted in telling us to go to another location. I asked her to speak to Julie to clarify the reason why we returned. Communication was not of high importance. I thank Julie for helping my client and her personable concern. Sadly, I can't say the same for the rest of the staff in the 3-4pm hour staffing. This pharmacy is understaffed and very incompetent, to say the least.
