My complaint is the same as everyone else's (slowest pharmacy in the world)
Why it takes 30+ minutes to pick up a medication in their drive-thru when I originally only had two people in front of me.... frustrating.

Every time I called the pharmacy, I was put on hold so long that the automated system hung up on me. I could hear someone briefly pick up, only to stick me back on hold—repeatedly, sometimes until they left for lunch. All I wanted was to find out why one of my prescriptions was “delayed” and has now vanished from my prescription list. Completely unacceptable.

This is solely based upon their pharmacy drive through. Pulled up. There are 4 cars in front of me. 40mins later.... 1 car in front of me. Holy crap! And on the maps it says less busy than usual........ Save yourself! RUN!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience with this Walgreens pharmacy. It takes days to get even the most basic medication filled. They never answer the phone, and when you leave a prescription on their voicemail, it’s like it vanishes into thin air—“never received.” This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when it comes to people’s health. I’ve had enough and will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

Worst Pharmacy ever! A few months ago they refused my chronic narcotic creating havoc for my body! A few of my remaining RX are still at this pharmacy long wait times on hold rude and meds not ready x2 days!!I complained to corporate who sent me a phone call back from store manager also rude and not helpful. She is not a pharmacist so cannot enforce rules
. I hope the Walgreens shuts down! ( I have Walgreens x 20 years all over the USA and never had a complaint! I hope corporate calls me

This pharmacy is an unorganized and understaffed joke. The staff is very rude and act like the customers are the problem. Do not use this facility.

The worst Walgreens I’ve been to. I’m a local and need to pick up my mom’s medication often. I can’t being to explain how slow and little common sense this Walgreens pharmacy has.

I ordered photo prints to use as thank you cards - while I ensured that the image was properly cropped, upon pick up, it was cut off. Both the photo attendant and then Adriana tried to assist in correcting, but it wouldn't print correctly. Adriana was incredibly helpful and really went out of her way to try to rectify the problem. I had to leave due to time, but Adriana told me to call her and we'd try again. So I did - and she did and we were able to work together to get the print correct. This was a small order with a really little dollar value, but I was made to feel like it was very important. Thank you, Adriana for making it right and helping me so graciously.

Don’t try to call and get a person on the phone. I have tried over the last year for PX.
Price is high for drugs, but
Answer the phone .
I don’t think they have any certified Pharmaceutical educated people

Worst pharmacy in the area. Medicine is never ready on time even though they tell you it's ready. Pharmacist is useless and rude. Go elsewhere. No surprise it has very low ratings.

Goodbye Walgreens! 1st, they said they only have 1 medicine (Ibuprofen 800mg) for me to pick up, and it wasn't ready even though my doctor called it 2 hours ago. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went back home and called the doctor to tell her about it. She assured me that she sent it in, so I called again, this time, they don't have any meds for me. Called the doctor again to see if it was sent to another location, but no, it was the same one. I called again, and this time, they found it after I demanded to speak to the pharmacist. I went to pick it up and it took a long time at the check out counter because they have the wrong phone number and address associated with my account and had to fix it before I got my meds. I got 3 of my wisdom teeth pulled at 10 am and had to go through this until 6 pm with Walgreens.
