I would like to express my deepest appreciation to the Chief Pharmacist, Andrew Ballester, PharmD at this Walgreens. Not only is Andrew always the most helpful and professional pharmacist, but he recently helped me by going way above what is normal to help me contact my pain physician to get me my medication.I am a 72 year old retired pharmacist who has worked for Walgreens, so I understand what is exceptional service. Andrew is an exceptional pharmacist who helped me when most other pharmacists would likely not have gone above and beyond normal service to help me.I cannot say thank you enough to Andrew. I greatly appreciate his help.And for those of you who are not pharmacists I hope that you will understand what I am reporting here. The job of a pharmacist is one of the most stressful and challenging professions. Pharmacists work hard and long hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays. They regularly deal with multiple tasks at the same time such as answering and making almost constant phone calls with patients, physicians, and insurance companies. In my opinion, most pharmacists are overworked, underpaid and often under appreciated. Some like Andrew are exceptional.Thank you again, Andrew, for your incredible service last week. You are a great pharmacist.

Ignored, forgotten, then ignored again.Came here straight from the doctor's office, so my prescription was still coming into the system. After about 5 mins it was there, so they asked me to wait and they'd fill it in 15 mins. Things got a little busy, no problem.A bit after 30 mins, one of the people helping me notices I'm still waiting it and mentions it to the other one that had said they were filling, but I assume they're just busy. After about 15 mins more, the original person goes home.To this point no one has mentioned anything, so I go to the counter where a 3rd person takes my info and mentions my fill has been moved to tomorrow. I've been sitting there close to 55 mins, they noticed me and talked about me and at some point decided not to fill today, then just left me sitting there without saying anything.

How can this place be so bad? This drive thru is so slow. The employees could care less about the speed. I will never come back to this Pharmacy. This was the final nail in the coffin for Walgreens. Walmart is quick and provides terrific customer service.

I called in with a quick question and was put on hold for 10 mins. At 1:30 someone picks up and says they are going to lunch and then she hung up on me. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm literally calling from a doctors office and we don't hang up on our patients when it's time for lunch. I expect better from healthcare and pharmacy workers. I can only imagine how many of their patients they have done this to. You should be ashamed this is the care you are giving.

They did not text or leave message when script was ready. I was told to come in and pick up all scripts. I get there, only 4 of 7 available but they said ALL were filled. The guy says "oh I'll get those for you, they're at Enterprise", I said ok and he says to come in in a few hours; I get there only THEN does he mention Enterprise is off site and they'll be there on Monday...What???!?!?!?!Then, they tell ME, well we have staffing shortage. I don't care about shortages I care about getting life saving medication that YOU told me was available. Staffing issues are a stores responsibility; If you cannot manage your orders because of this, redirect customers elsewhere you can't just keep them hanging. It is poorly managed, staff don't seem to be concerned and I don't trust them to make customers a priority. Saying I'm sorry doesn't fix high blood pressure or heart related complication, eye issues, etc., If I did my part by contacting Walgreens 5 days prior to needing the refill, they should do their due diligence and have my medication ready when they say they will, communicate with me when/if they do not or re-direct customers to a Walgreens that can handle it. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. JUST AWFUL!!! ZERO STARS.....ZERO ZERO..."what's wrong with these people????????

Selena always gives awesome and friendly service through the pharmacy drive up window. The whole pharmacy could use more Selena's. Because the rest could be schooled by her. Thanks for always being so friendly. Because there's so many rude people out there. Selena makes a difference.

The pharmacy bends over backwards to help you. They are quick, helpful, and extremely considerate. They even made a follow up call to me to see if I had any questions and how I was doing with the new script.

Worst pharmacy in vegas. They dont process orders on time, 3 days lapse from dentist office issuing, dont answer phones,, asian male behind counter lies, doesnt help, people to busy on phones to assist elderly. sad, disorganized, mediocre, inefficient, deceptive and disorganized.

The pharmacy here is TERRIBLE!!!!! They charged me for medicine that I DID NOT RECEIVE, and when I disputed it, they said nothing they could do. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not a big review guy but the pharmacy section of this Walgreens is a joke. I don't know who's in charge of managing this place but they have nothing in order and it seems like a sinking ship. On top of that don't be surprised when the fat lady behind the counter half asses her job and has a attitude with everyone askinf the most simple questions. No joke Ive had better custom service at a Roberto's at 3 am. If your waiting in the line and see the chunky lady with a sleeve on her left arm just know your in for a frustrating experience. Even speaking to this lady over the phone I could tell she seemed miserable.( I'm editing this review to elaborate further) although I try to be a sensible person and keep in mind everyone has their own job and is trying to better their life the experience I had with that fat whale of a lady yesterday was just awful. I mean really it doesn't take much effort to do the bare minimum but that hot Cheetos devouring plate cleaner of a lady really just a had bad demeanor from the beginning when I spoke to her on the phone. Back to the edit, I'm adding more to this review because today I went to a Walgreens further down the road and they were able to take me in and help me no questions asked. They got the paper work in order and were very prompt and helpful with the whole process unlike that fat pos working at the pharmacy at 6485 S Fort Apache Rd. If you see that fat beluga whale working at the pharmacy just save yourself the headache and leave while you can while buying some ibuprofen on your way out for the headache.
