I was a Walgreens pharmacy manager for 12 years. I understand having to prioritize and multi-task and that, as a customer, I don’t have full visibility into what is truly going on. That said, I waited almost an hour for an antibiotic for my sick 6 year old daughter at open of business on a Sunday morning. There was one tech doing bin rec, the pharmacist and other tech should have prioritized filling the waiter for an acute medication. Especially an antibiotic for a pediatric patient. There were no other waiters or vaccinations needing attention at this time either. Very poor service. Would never have been acceptable in any of the pharmacies I managed.

Jennifer at the Rainbow location is amazing, she helped me twice with passport photos, she is so patient, kind, and understanding. She let me do retakes and see the results on the kiosk. She has amazing customer service. Thank you!

I get it, nobody wants to work these days and you just want your paycheck while doing the least amount as possible, but seriously the decline of customer service and people’s work ethic is just so damn infuriating sometimes. I will happy drive out of my way to never have to come back to this location.

I had a problem with one of my medicine. I use to pay $15 for 3 months but went up to 100 something. I had to go to walgreen's 2 times but non of people fix my probtkem. REX was the only one help me. I was there abot 15 min before close. REX told to try this, that... gave me some information. I tried to do but but i couldn't . I went back to counter and i asked REX again. It was right before close but he was very nice and he helped me everything. That was the best customer service and i really appreciate❢ Thank you REX .

Dropped prescription off at noon, told it would be ready by 2. Arrived at 3pm and told to leave and come back in 15 mins. Didn't leave with prediction until 330.

Stood at drive through pharmacy behind a black SUV for 13 minutes. I downloaded GoodRX app and screenshot RX discount as I stood online which verifies time I spent waiting. Guy finally moved at 5:59pm. I got to window and guy said “that was my last client. Sorry guys” and slammed his screen shut.
Thank you for your care, sir. Hope life doesn’t reciprocate your actions when it comes to your loved ones.

Myself and family have been repeat customers of this place and have had no problems with service at any point from checkout/employees at all. Earlier today (01/30/2025 around 1pm) My sister and I were in the store and heard some managerial or upper management staff (Tall, dark hair, balding) berating the checkout attendant loudly and without regard for her or the customers. This obviously created an awkwardness and unwelcoming energy throughout the store that us as well as many other customers could visibly feel.
He was threatening her hours and comparing her to other employees, also asking her to step outside. This was loud enough that ourselves and surely other customers could hear from halfway down the candy aisle. He continued this until we stepped in line to check out. Despite how horrificly she was treated just moments before, the lady that checked us out was friendly and helpful, great customer service.
Needless to say, this unwelcome atmosphere was easily the worst shopping experience I've had in recent memory in any store. There are no circumstances where the harsh mistreatment, verbal or otherwise, of employees is acceptable. My family and I will be harshly reconsidering our patronage for the future. I hope to see an improvement in the treatment of staff.
(not one star because the employees are not the problem)

There should be an option for negative stars. Don't come here if you like good customer service. This place is beyond RUDE when you are standing in front of them and don't think you can call in, they keep you on hold until it says heavy volume and call back and then it hangs up on you. You will have wasted 24 minutes on hold for nothing. Good luck. Hope you don't have any issues with the meds because no one here will help.
