The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been a customer for a couple years and every single time I need a medication and show up to pick it up it’s never filled and they tell you to come back. I even call and the auto service says it’s ready to be picked up and yet they say they put it back. So then I wait the whole day and come back a third time in which the pharmacy claims they lost the prescription! What kind of customer service is this? I spoke to the supposed pharmacist on shift today in the evening and they claim her name is Maria. She never apologized or acknowledged the mistakes. Got defensive and refused to let me speak to a manager. All you can do is at least try to care and make things better but they are very rude here. Three women on staff and two men. Even laughed in my face at the drive thru window claiming there was no prescription. Well why did your tech say my prescription will be ready after 2pm? Why did the first male tech state the same thing at 10am. When I came at 5pm you suddenly don’t have my prescription?! A bunch of excuses for the incompetence here!

The pharmacy is a racket. Every time they take my ID and run off with it. Zero communication. Doesn’t apply discount cards. Asks about old wallgreens profiles you haven’t used in over 12 years. It should take 40 mins at your to get a prescription when you’re the only person in line. It’s stupid.

October 25, 2023 at 19:00 walked into Walgreens to get flu, covid and prevnar shots.Angela was nice and polite...asked me to wait for the Pharmacist who was a young woman who was very nice, polite, patient...she is French-American, just so talented and amazingThank you...my favorite Walgreens.

Always great service with Vanessa, she works in the beauty department. She's so friendly and willing to assist on anything that's needed. She deserves a raise!!!

Only one lady was working today and didn't want to support the customerI said "excuse me" 3 times to ask a question in front of her. Even I waited for a moment, she just ignored me. So I said "excuse me would you tell me where is suncreams?" finally she looked at me and said over there or there...really?I could not find any so couldn't purchase it. if it should be like that, we only need a self-checkout machine.

This store is so close to home. I come here when I need to easily run in for random household items. Today we arrived at around 8:30p to take our passport photos. For $16.99 you 2 color photos of 2x2 headshots. The employee was quick and friendly. She took photos of me, my teenager, and my 3 smaller kids. One of my kids tilted his head a bit too much so when his photo was run through their software it didn't pass the test to be accepted. She was kind enough to take his photo again to ensure it was valid. She told me printing it will take 20-30 min. During that time we left to pickup dinner and came right back. It was ready and the whole process was so easy.

Such poor service from the pharmacy. Took over 3x and trips to get a prescription that was supposed to be ordered but never was. Go anywhere else to get your prescription filled. Rude, incompetent staff. This Walgreens pharmacy is absolute trash! I feel bad for anyone that uses this pharmacy.

Customer Service Complaints:I have been a Walgreens customer for decades. Recently, the level of service has decreased causing me unnecessary anxiety. This is my local store. I am handicapped living alone and no longer drive because of visual problems. I have my prescriptions delivered from the above pharmacy. Before the home delivery option, I had the delivery made using FEDEX. Most of the time I had no issues, but then FEDEX was not picking up the packages at the pharmacy counter. In one instance my medication was there waiting to be picked up by FEDEX for 4 days. I called several times and spoke to an assistant manager. I eventually had to use Uber to go to the store to pick up the medication at my expense. Recently, Walgreens started a home delivery option at free cost. I used the service 3 times with only one successful delivery. The past 2 times Door Dash was never called and my medication was not delivered. The second time with the aid of one of the pharm techs (Aubrion) who went above and beyond found a Door Dash reference number. I had to call Door Dash and give the customer service agent the information who dispatched a driver and the medication was delivered. Today's order never made it to Door Dash. The pharm tech needed to cancel the order, I had to pay for the prescriptions again, and chose to have the delivery made by FEDEX. My blood pressure medication will not reach me before I run out of the medication I have at home. I do not have anyone in the area that can pick up the medication and need to rely on the delivery service. I need my medication. If Walgreens is going to have the option of home delivery, why these issues. You are dealing with life-aiding medication. This is unacceptable. Tomorrow, I will contact my insurance provider to file a complaint. I plan on discontinuing this plan at the end of the year because of this poor service with Walgreens. Today I made 5 calls to Walgreens and was transferred several times. I spent almost 90 minutes on the phone. My BP was escalated because of the anxiety I was experiencing. This was all unnecessary if the system worked like it is supposed to work.

I can't even give this Walgreens a star.. I waited 40 mins at the drive up window before anyone ever greeted me.. I was informed by their auto texting system that my prescription was ready so I drove all the way over to that location because it was for an eye drop and I was in excruciating pain.. I had also called around to see if I could find it at any other pharmacies and Albertsons said they had it.. Actually they didn't really have it but they could order it for tomorrow .. I had already gone 36 hours w/weepy eye and terrible pain so getting my script filled was pretty important for me .. there was a lot of confusion because of me receiving the text messages saying that my script was ready to be picked up at Walgreens Rainbow so I drive over .. not only were they completely ignoring me for the first 20 minutes I sat at the window, they asked me to drive around and wait while they did some processing since Albertsons put my script thru on their end and it screwed up everything which I understand but now since there's others waiting only by this time behind me for maybe 5-10 minutes I need to waitThey treated me like absolute crap and made me feel others behind me were more important than I even tho I waited my turn patiently by this time I am super mad, I'm pain and trying not to look into the sun.. and they threatened to call 911 cuz I said I'd prefer to wait here for my script cuz it's really my turn at the windowSuper petty Walgreens for the most part has zero bed side manner or concern for their customers.. I have been a customer of theirs for over 40 years.. and if you look at my phone number Acct and see the money I have spent there I really don't think I deserve to be threatened after waiting for my turn to be taken care of.. It because of how Walgreens treats their customers I refuse to go on any medicines anymore it's such a conDrink Ayahuasca and stay out of this effed up systemI hope I live to see the day when Walgreens goes out of business.. I also chose to get meds rarely when needed from neighborhood compounding pharmacies because they care about their customers All Walgreens suck for the most part from Idaho to California back to Nevada but Rainbow Robindale wins for the worst service, least caring, volatile, Walgreens ever Never ever again I'm so sorry if you are forced to have to succumb to their abuse cuz you are sick and in painAbsolute sadism

Melanie, paul, kris, carelton, and those who so take the time to make this pharmacy and store neighborhood friendly deserve nothing but the upmost respect. I’ve gone here for years and have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff.If anything, it is customers ive seen first hand be nothing but rude, impatient, snobby, acting as if they have ownership in walgreens and in pharmaceuticals treat these folks as if they’re another piece to pill to a bottle. Totally absurd. People are impatient and these wonderful folks are at no fault for thing that are out of their control and the patients control.And the fact that these are the types of folks that make or break “neighborhood spots says a lot.” You need folks like these who know your locals. Anyone is replaceable.Whats not replaceable is the heart what makes a neighborhood walgreens an actual neighborhood walgreens. Real people that actually help.

Sally is the most rude pharmacy tech I have seen in the past of my life. Terrible English with terrible attitude. Refused to serve customers. She should get fired right away.

I called this Walgreens to fill a script that I had run out of and was unable to get from the Walgreens near UNLV bc they are clueless. I was on hold for like 10 minutes but the person who answered was very sweet and helped me transfer my script and it was ready within like 30 minutes. When I wanted to pick it up (around 7pm on a Thursday) there was one person in front of me but virtually no wait. The pharmacy tech was so sweet and was very fast. I currently do not have insurance but use GoodRX Gold and she set me up to get a better price. She tried another coupon too but the GoodRX was better. Very quick and friendly.This is one of the only other CVS/WALGREENS type of stores I've seen that did not have everything locked behind glass, which I am thankful for. I understand people stealing and ruining the items is a big issue but it ruins the ability to buy things for the normal person. Very refreshing to see you can just shop as normal.

Very slow at responding either in person or by phone.Was told to make an available online appt.which I did for 1pm..I showed up ontime and checked in.After waiting 45 min.I checked online after 45min. to see what they are telling people the wait will be.And no one during the 45 min.wait had the courtesy to speak to you to tell you why your sitting there so long.It saidno waiting and at the 1:30 mark no one was in line.I checked at the window for what the problem was since no one else was in line and they said they are getting it ready.Really!?! After 45 min.wait and no one else in line!!!!Why tell people they have to make an appointment and be on time or you loose your place but they make you wait 45min.and no one is in line.I will use a differant location from now on!
