I went yesterday 3 times to ask about my wife medicine ( pregnant control) easy one , 3 times and finally they told me at 2:45 pm it’s not available , when I ask the employee why you did not till me this from the beginning or early morning she told me sorry for that !!!! And ask for next In raw like whatever she do not careCareless and no communication skillsCheck you camera and I need to make an escalation for 3 employeesThey don’t know anything about handling your customers

My wife and I were @ the store Warm Springs & Durango —- the asian lady that works there was so rude to my wife - I she was mad at the manager but took it out on us.We won’t need to go to this location again!!

Staff Lorie Thompson very good service and polite ,willing to help customers and good sales lady so I buy more.She not only help walgreen to sell also build a good relation to customers, I will visit this shop to buy more and give her a five stars.

Time and time again, my prescription was confirmed to be ready, only to arrive and they say they are sold out. AGAIN. Then when searching other pharmacies for my prescription, when I go back they try and not provide service because I went elsewhere. Like it’s my fault I had to go somewhere else to fill my prescription. In a very elementary way they expect me to sit and not fill my prescription to show loyalty to Walgreens. Otherwise they will give patients the run around and poor customer service. “call back on Monday” is their common excuse for not filling prescriptions. Pharmacy needs a lesson in customer service.

The pharmacy at this location is thoroughly incompetent !Went in for my prescription of blood pressure medicine to have old past medicine removed from my file 3 weeks prior to stop any confusion . At pick up I gave my birthdate and my name and the name of the medicine . I pay for it .. get home and it's the Wrong medicine not to mention it's the medicine I had removed because of the horrible side effects I get when using it . When I arrive back to explain to the pharmacy it's the wrong medicine I am informed although I paid for a prescription that I have a severe allergic reaction too they cannot return my money or take the pills back .But they will get the right prescription started right away .If I hadn't look closely at the pills and read the label before taking I may not have been able to return anything because I would be sick . This type of negligence affects lives and Penny and Sam the pharmacist who were both off that day should train their people better . You are only as good as the people who work for you .

The Pharmacy customer service is terrible here. Almost like the pharmacy employees are playing games. They have a tendency to make it difficult when it's time to fill controlled prescriptions for patients, and when they do there is an issue. They are out of stock, shipment didn't come, etc etc. although I called yesterday and the day before to confirm. It's Wednesday and now they say "maybe" on Monday. Spoke to several pharmacist employees, last was LAN, who stated my script will be ready. Only to find today that they were sold out. I'll be sure to update post with names of actual employees whom I've spoke to and given the run around. Prior to LAN it was SAM. Both gave me assurance my prescription would be ready only to find the day of pick up, they didn't have the prescription.

Horrible!!! I lost an hour waiting! A cream for my daughter had to be ready at 10.30 today morning and our hospital confirmed it! And at Walgreens they said not today but tomorrow. So they asked me to wait 15-20 min to get a cream and in reality I was waiting 40 min! They made me to stay in a line 2 times! I don’t recommend it!!!!

Came here to pick up my husbands prescription. Something with insurance I needed him to verify. He’s stuck at home injured so I had to be the one to pick it up. There was only one other car behind me. I was asked to go back around and go to the other line so she can address the car behind me while I call my husband. It took a few seconds for the call the ring, him answer and say yes or no. The other car took longer for her to help than it did for me to call my husband to verify something. Poor customer service, unapologetic, and lack of empathy. I understand if I was still on a call with him or holding up a line. I literally just got to the window and she told me oh it didn’t go through the first time. I didn’t even get a chance to call him for her to see it only took a few seconds. Just right off the bat after I said oh let me call to verify it with him she told me to go to the other line. For me to do that I have to drive all back around the building. This was information they could have called him hours prior to verify before us picking it up. I use to work at a pharmacy, the warnings come up when you fill the medication. So it’s something that could of been avoided If you have done that prior to me arriving.

Pharmacy only:I ran out of meds 2 weeks ago for ADHD, and have been trying to fill them here. Has been getting denied by my insurance time after time, and after playing phone tag with the pharmacy and insurance 10 times over the two weeks, lady behind the counter figured out that whoever put my insurance card in glanced at the name and put Shauna in as 'Barbara'. Not even close. Had this been any other type of medication I'd be fuckin dying, cuz the 3 people that helped me before couldn't be bothered enough to check the details of the card. Thank you, to the lady who found and corrected the error, and the pharmacist who helped catch it. Rest of the people that didn't really help, especially the lady who was being rude and blaming me can fuckin eat one.
