They should just close this store. The staff is not trained in the photo department. Walgreens should be ashamed of themselves having employees not knowing what they are doing ridiculous. Complete waste of time going here

Prescription meds are not ealways available after they have placed a call that the prescription is ready for pick up. Many times after they that the prescription is ready. You make a trip to pick up your medications they tell you that they ran out waiting for shipment. It has been two weeks for them to fill out a diabetic tablet... imagine that! And they make no efforts to retrieve it from another same own pharmacy!

This place is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. They have no idea what they are doing and I'm pretty sure half of the people are not qualified to be behind the pharmacy counter. I changed my monthly medications to a different pharmacy a few months ago due to the negligence of this pharmacy never having my 'monthly' medication in stock and taking over two weeks EACH TIME to get it in. I now only use them for sickness related medications as they are a 24/7 pharmacy but at this point it is not even worth it. I went to pick up my child's medication and the first time they told me that they needed more time to fill it. Okay, cool so now the second time we head there a few hours later where they proceeded to tell us that the medication was not in stock and that they had to call another pharmacy to see if it could be filled and they would call us later. Okay, cool.. an hour and a half later I called them as I have not heard anything and the guy who answered stated that it was over the counter so they didn't need to fill it.. UM EXCUSE ME.. after the third time trying to contact and get medication for my son and HOURS wasted. Along with my insurance covers the medication but since they won't fill it I will pay for it out of pocket (which isn't that big of a deal but thier lack of competency sure is). Terrible place, would not recommend.

My first experience with this store was so horrific, I will just say DON'T GO THERE FOR A VACCINE! I just called this store to get a copy of my RSV vaccine certificate for my records and the automated message couldn't understand what I was saying so I asked to speak to a pharmacist. I was told I was being transferred, then heard nothing but silence for 2 minutes and then was hung up on. THIS STIRE WHOULD BE PERMANENTY SHUT DOWN!!!

Horrible customer service cashier ripped receipt out of customers hand oh and did I mention customer was pregnant cashier refused to return original receipt and tried to fight a pregnant customer completely inappropriate, completely absurd, especially with the prices being triple what they are everywhere else people come to Walgreens for the customer service and the convenience and so far both are gone. The convenience is no longer convenience due to improper theft control. Everything is locked up and has to be unlocked and customer service while you just heard cashier tried to fight pregnant customer unprovoked cashiers name is Crystal manager did nothing but observe situation.

I paid $65 for printing from size 557 to 4 x 4, half of them didn’t even come out within the frame completely useless and a total waste of a lot of money that were in the frame. I made sure they were in the room before I made it for the order $65 for that email on the picture

I do not recommend this place, terrible experience today, I went with my wife to change a hair dye from the same brand for a darker tone and when I changed it the collector asked me for the card to collect the taxes again to which I responded that I already I had paid for it before, I didn't understand why I paid again. The other thing was that they charged me for 2 nail polishes that were reduced from 9.99 to 5.99 for the first price. I mean, they were charging me 8.02 more than what it cost. I wonder why that amount of money and tells me to look for the product code, maybe I am the seller and then to complete it I have to wait 72 hours for my money to be returned, someone to explain to me so I can understand

So I just saw two different people just openly steal from Walgreens and walk out without paying. Apparently the staff can't engage if someone steals. So this might be a good location if you are looking to shoplift :(

Worst pharmacy to call and even try to get someone to pick up. They immediately put you on hold without even speaking to you saying they're going to put you on hold. I've actually seen it done in person and unfortunately just experienced it over the phone.
