I want to give 0 star if there is ! The pharmacy technicians are rude! Definitely, we will transfer our family prescriptions in Smiths. Please don’t use this pharmacy!

I was told to pay $$$ for my prescription because one of you on the phone gave me a green light for my prescription in regards to insurance and when I got there, when I arrived, the other one of you said it’s not. I was told my meds will be ready by 2pm, it’s been almost an hour and I’m still waiting on my ass.
After waiting for an hour I get a whole different price for the prescription.
I had already waited 5+ days for my meds because another one of you kept telling me you didn’t have my prescription when in reality my doctor has sent it in TWICE and when in reality you HAD it.
My time was definitely valued and respected here by such professional pharmaceutical workers, if I ever feel useless in my life I will be thinking of your employees.

Absolutely disgustingly horrible customer service. In the middle of allergic reaction very severely. I need my medication. One was ready out of 4. Medication‘s I constantly receive in the past. She tells me that it’s not covered by insurance. So they didn’t fill the prescription at all (Lied) told me to call them. (Insurance people) not Walgreens. Then I’m at the point I’ll pay out of pocket, I proceeded to place the order for the medication again online. They marked it as out of stock and proceeds to ship my other medication’s now I have to ask for medication from else where. This is absolute negligence. They should not be treating patients like this. They need to be either retrained, have their licenses removed or be fired immediately.

DO NOT GET PASSPORT PHOTOS HERE. We just had both photos rejected due to terrible quality, and went through an entire hassle to even get the photos in the first place, they incorrectly sent the digital version to me, and we had to go back to the store to pick it up again: beyond frustrated and a total waste of time and money

I specifically explained to the cashier, not to take the money from me before prompting to load my card and she didn't listen to me. I explained that taking the money from me first would cause a delay in loading my card, but she refused to listen to me. I have bills to pay, but now she cause me to have a delay, just like I told her it would. Good customer service starts with actually listening to your customers. Some people know how to load money to a card but this cashier unfortunately does not. That's inconsiderate and unprofessional.

2/27/2024 734pm. Long story short, old insurance wants me to pay for stuff they approved starting the new year. 1/2/2024. I had new insurance starting 1/1/2024. But old insurance approved it anyways. Old insurance wants me to pay 131 dollars. I shouldn't have to pay anything this is clearly the insurance doing. So now my new insurance has no problem paying it but I have to go through this long process. I have to get all this documentation. So after calling talk to Maria who works in the pharmacy. She was very kind and helpful on the phone when I called. Then I came in and got me everything I needed. I also had to wait like 30 mins and Maria kept on informing me and checking up on me. Thank you to the manager on duty as well.

Had to call twice for them to start filling the prescription that went to another pharmacy. Each time was "Oh yeah we'll get that taken care of give it 90 minutes". After finally getting it filled I waited in line for 10 minutes, got skipped by someone who already had it at the desk I guess? That tech disappeared never to be seen again, the other was having a conversation with people about their copays for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile there are 3 people in the back, Including the drive thru clerk who hadn't had a person through the entire time I was waiting just standing there daring me to ask if they can help so they have the pleasure of telling me no.By this point there are 5 people behind me but finally my turn and they can't find it. In the process of looking for it their overfilled bins other prescriptions spilled onto the floor, so hope no one is looking for a missing prescription later, if you are it's in another bin at this point and good luck. Mind you this is all at 1pm. Terribly managed location and zero critial thinking going on.

My family has been using the same Walgreens for about 15 years. Everybody's extremely friendly they know you by name. They do not go through employees. People that work there seem to be happy. I actually left an item there and they went and took the time to look through the camera to find where it was and I was able to have it returned.

Horrific place to get vaccines. Why even get an appointment??! We still waited 90 minutes!! Do NOT use the pharmacy for vaccines. We should have read the reviews. We were the only people getting vaccines and it still took this long. Employees have no explanation and don’t communicate how long it will take.

Made an appointment to get a flu shot and got there on time but waited an hour to get it. Walk ins were called before I did when they checked in after me. It wasn't terribly busy, only about 6 people waiting including me. No point in making appointments if they're not sticking to it.
