Came in to pick up orders, Along with purchase and order. I asked to use the bathroom and they told me it was not open to the public. I asked since I’m a paying customer I still can’t use the restroom. The answer was no. This is ridiculous when clearly there is a sign that says restrooms. If customers that come in to pay money, can’t use the restrooms and they should remove the sign or deal with many upset customers that come to the store to buy something he needs to use the restroom. Or if they have children, they can’t use the restroom. What has this country come to? People can’t use the restroom and there’s a working restroom.

Whoever is mis-managing this store needs to be written up. Or possibly replaced. What rude and lousy service, and what a sloppy lazy mess Theresa is.
I submitted something to photo online that was supposed to be ready in an hour. I went to pick it up, only to be told by Theresa that it was too late to print my order and I had to come back tomorrow. It's really amazing that she actually expects me the customer to drive back and forth from my home to this store because her need to do nothing takes priority.
I could not do this even if I wanted to, I needed it for tomorrow morning, so I told Theresa this. She said nothing just made an ugly face and walked off. I picked up a few items, and saw that no one was in photo printing anything. Theresa was nowhere to be seen.
There were no other customers, and other cashier Zaidee was standing there grinning at her phone and texting. I asked her where my order was, she grudgingly put down the phone (she couldn't say she was too busy I saw she was goofing off on the clock) and said she would print it for me but I would have to wait another half hour on top of the hour and a half I already waited. After all that they hadn't even started my order.
I'm sure no one at the parent company realizes that the employees are making up rules as they go, deciding what they will and won't do depending on if they feel like lifting a finger or not. I will never use this store again. The other walgreens in my area at least have some common courtesy, why not just close this one as worthless as it is and save us all the aggravation of dealing with this store. Then Zaidee and Theresa can realize their dream of having no work to do.

Visited Walgreens to have a canvas photo made of my dog. The Manager, Maggie, assisted with the entire process. She is confident and professional. She explained the process, provided samples for review and made the canvas print. Throughout the entire time, others interrupted her with questions but she never appeared bothered or annoyed. She mounted the canvas picture on the backing and presented it to us. The job was done perfectly. She even checked for available Walgreens coupons
prior to checkout. Maggie is a true asset to Walgreens.

Horrible!!! Pharmacy disconnected my call twice after waiting 40 minutes and to speak with pharmacist. Went to the store at 1:15 pm and pharmacy had sign stating their shutters were not working to use side window; side window closed. Saw another sign that said use drive thru. Waited in line at drive thru was at their window at exactly 1:30pm. Was told to come back they were going to lunch! Came back at 2:30 pm and the drive thru is a disaster, people were cutting in line, people yelling and cutting each other off almost crashing their cars. There was no one outside to help with the chaos. called the store to let them know there was serious problem going on. No one came out. Waited in the drive thru for 50 minutes! My back was hurting too much for me to get down and wait inside the store. Horrible experience!

I had just got my tooth pulled and needed my pain medicine and she told 15 mins n or little less I came back in the Uber and explained to her I didn’t have long she got mad cause she put my number in wrong n threw my papers back to me and they had a customer spit on meeeee omggggg im about to lose my minddddd!!! They is soooo racism it’s craxyyyy like yall do know slavery days are over & plzzz expect to see me everydayyyy
