  Claudia is always FANTASTIC AND HELPFUL when I pick up my FedEx deliveries (some of which are bulky and heavy). She is smiling and helpful with never a complaint! Even when FedEx messes up--she is on point with suggestions even though it is NOT Walgreens' fault. Nick is also EXTREMELY HELPFUL every time I visit and never fails to make me smile! BOTH REALLY CARE about their customers and it shows! Give them a BIG HONKIN' RAISE!!

  I call them today 08/23/24 to refill a medication and I waste 18 minutes on the phone to be served by a representative because I needed my prescription sooner.

  Absolutely worst pharmacy. Never has my medicines says it will be ready and then go to pick up and it’s not there. Pharmacist is rude and tells the workers to just tell me it will be later instead of trying to find where they have the medicine at. Overcharged me for one medicine and when called out they made it a big production and took 3 days to reaolve

  Younger lady with dark brown hair, it’s common curtsey when someone is asking you a question you look up and answer them but this person couldn’t be bothered to stop fidgeting with whatever she was doing to even look up when I asked a simple question. Then I asked a second question and still no look up it’s just rude and unwelcoming.

  Second time we have been to pick up meds and both times have been told that we can not use that location because we lived to far away. What does distance have to do with medication and how do they know where we live and the distance. My wife works one block away at a medical facility and has used the location for the last 23 years. Either Walgreens have started hiring stupid people or who can not or will not just do the job and stop trying to be the drug police. The first time we contacted the store manager and explained the problem. She said she had not heard of any such policy and went to ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist told the Mgr. that it was policy to refuse service because they did want people driving around looking for narcotics. I asked what prevented anyone from making up an address. How is Walgreens going to check to see if it is a good address and check the mileage. Walgreens keeps telling everyone they don't have the manpower to staff the pharmacy now.

  Poor service, 20-30 minutes to answer a call, put on hold over and over again. Very dirty floor, crud built up on the floor under the pharmacy window, long lines of seniors waiting to pick up Rx. Swamped, too small, too understaffed, thousands of seniors, over 8,000 just in Sun City retirement go there. Need a whole new store, triple the size of pharmacy!!! Moving my meds away from there, had blatant prescription mistakes 3 times, terrible.

  I am moving walgreens. Constantly being put on hold. Terrible service. Pharmacy is the worse especially because I have a child with mental health issues and her medications never get filled in a timely manner, so I am constantly dealing with her behavior changes.

  Soyeon was very kind and willing to help me with obtaining my medication. I spoke with her 3 times and each time she was very patient. She assisted me until my medicine was ready. They need to hire more people like her. I recommend this Walgreens on Jones and Lake Mead because it's the best service I have received from any Walgreens location. Other locations have staff that are not as kind and patient

  Needed medication bad for my stomach problems was giving out bad Oder made me feel uncomfortable around people went throw a divorce went low on funds this medication was supposed to be $1000 out the store for 120 pills no insurance the Doc Richard was so helpful he helped me out so much got me a huge discount only paid $286 out the door god bless this doc
