I have had consistent excellent treatment by the pharmacy staff and the store staff. They listen well, are knowledgeable, and professional. The store is clean and easy to move around in. I have noticed they are adding new items which indicates they are doing their market research.

Pharmacy pick up often takes more than 30 minutes. Drive through is about the same. It’s gotten much busier ever since they closed the store at Boulder Highway and Flamingo.
Today (April 16), I tried to call the pharmacy. After being on hold for 15 minutes, they hung up on me. NOT THE FIRST TIME!
April 17, got hung up again.

TLDR - do not use this pharmacy pick up, they will leave you to sit over an hour when your transaction should take no more than 5 minutes because they’re either understaffed or incompetent, REGARDLESS of the hour of day or day of the week as they would have you believe.
I sat in your drive through pharmacy for over an hour with only 4 cars ahead of me - over 15 minutes per car to pick up prescriptions is WHOLLY unacceptable. I ended up calling and speaking to your Night manager Sarah around 45 minutes in. I sat at the window for roughly 5 minutes because I was even acknowledged, and I was ONLY addressed after I pressed the call button, and did not even have a representative in front of me to do me the courtesy of addressing me. Once I FINALLY had a human in front of me (Sarah to the rescue), she was quick, expedient, and apologetic. I spent ROUGHLY 5 minutes at the window, actively providing my information, being addressed, charged for my medication, and given my items. This tells me that, number one, it is perfectly within the realm of reasonability to receive the proper care, customer service, and attention that is required for this type of transaction within a short period of time, and number two, you are either woefully understaffed, or your pharmacist are incompetent. This is not the first experience that I have had where it has taken an exorbitant amount of time to pick up my medication, and that is regardless of the time in which I choose to roll up to your drive-through pharmacy pick up lane - today I joined the queue at 5:30 PM, other times I have joined immediately following your lunch break, and was the first in line, I have joined first thing in the morning. This further tells me that this is not an isolated incident, and is not depending upon the time of day in which I choose to pick up my medication.
Your literal only saving grace is the fact that Sarah picked up the phone, and came to assist whatever pharmacist might have been working at that time. She apologized, but the reality is that I wasted a literal hour in my car when I have other things that need to be done. I do not know if this is Walgreens protocol to allow their customers to sit, unattended for long periods of time , and need to call themselves to hurry up the process, which should literally only take five minutes, but this is poor customer service, and poor employee management. I expect better. And to be perfectly frank with you, I would choose a different Pharmacy if I was not strong, armed by my insurance to deal with you people, but here we are, dealing with the facts of this world, where I don’t have a choice of getting my prescriptions filled, and you people do not care enough to take care of your customers in a timely, and considerate fashion

Nothing but problems with this pharmacy.
I've been without my metformin for a month. Now I can't get my losartan because of the screw ups this pharmacy has.
DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY
I'm definitely going to transfer my prescriptions tomorrow to a new pharmacy.
I'm done with this pharmacy risking my life

Worst pharmacy ever. They said they couldn’t find my prescription and than they said I had 17 which was going to take them awhile to fill which I kept advising it was only four and if they need my doctor to resend them but they said no and it should be ready an a hour . I gave them two whole days before I picked up my prescription and when I called in about my status they stated first they didn’t have anything on my profile but in a very rude passive aggressive voice. I’d advised again that my doctor sent them over and the last receptionist told me they had them in and will take an hour and the rep replied I don’t handle complaints!? First of all I never said I was complaining I was confused about what you and your co workers are doing because it seems like no one knows what they are doing there. Save yourself a lot of headache and go to another pharmacy I promise you it’ll save you a lot of stress dealing with unprofessional reps who have no clue what they’re doing. Worst experience ever! These ladies need to stay home and never work in customer service because clearly they don’t give a shit!

I had a delivery order from this location and I have no idea where the driver left it so I was trying to see if they had proof of delivery so I could go find it and Sarah was so sweet and helpful- she even called me back when I placed a new order to tell me it was on the way. Going above and beyond for me when she really didn’t have to so I’m here just to shout out Sarah’s amazing customer service. Thanks gf!!!

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever experienced. I moved to the area a few months ago and went here for all of my pharmacy, photo and FedEx needs. I ordered a photo book, was notified it was ready; they had to build it after I came to pick it up, and half the photos were put in upside-down. They will make you stand in the pharmacy line while helping no other guests so they can gossip, for over ten minutes. I’ve refilled prescriptions via the app and by calling them directly; I almost always have to call for an update, because they wouldn’t do anything to get it filled and wouldn’t notify me of any progress, so there were multiple times that it took over a week to get a common prescription refilled, just due to laziness or disorganization. My final straw was when I called to get an update on a prescription I’d refilled four days prior; they answered the call, and before I even had the chance to speak, they hung up on me. I assumed it was a mistake, so I called back, and it proceeded to happen three times in a row. I now drive ten minutes out of my way just so I don’t have to experience the frustrations of this location.

They don't have shipping carts... Buying water cases makes it hard to carry them to the car without shopping carts

I wish i could give a zero.....The staff is very unprofessional. My prescription was out of stock and they had to order more. While waiting for the backorder they lost my prescription but still billed my insurance. I will never come to this pharmacy again.

If I can give them a zero star I would !!!! Brittany was very rude this morning as I was trying to express my concern about the ATM and how it gave me a faulty bill. Yes I do understand it’s third party ATM’S, but all I asked was for the bill to be replaced/exchanged. She kept talking over me as I was trying to explain that it did not rip, the bill actually came out with missing serial numbers and she kept stating that’s not our ATM. She then proceeded to say we need to call the number on the ATM (as it was no where to be found), I told her i can not find it and she started getting defensive and LOUD and started approaching me. I told her she walked away as I was asking for help and that was very disrespectful. I will never again come here or even recommend anyone here if this is how Employees treat people! I needed those $20 to buy my medicine and clearly there was no help/sympathy at all! Walgreens I advise you train your employees correctly, walking up to a person arguing can cause an altercation that will be at Walgreens fault !.

Thank you for reading my review of Walgreens at Boulder Highway and
Russell Rd Las Vegas NV. Today, May 15, 2024, we visited the pharmacy at the drive-up window. Giselle was simply amazing! My son had spent ALL morning at UMC Quick Care on Mark St & Sunset Rd being treated for an infection on his leg from a spider ?️ bite and once he was released from UMC we drove over to Walgreens for 3 Rx prescriptions. We expected to drop off his prescriptions and come back later, but, NO they were ALREADY filled! Awesome job Giselle! Most definitely deserving of 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you from Dad who hates to wait in lines for prescriptions. ?Keep up the Awesome ? Job!!!

The SLOWEST PHARMACY IN VEGAS. Literally waited at the window for 15 minutes before pressing the button to get some assistance at 4pm. Then I felt like I was more of an inconvenience to the tech than a customer looking to get my meds. Messed up my knee so I thought it would be easier for me to go through the drive thru because there was only 3 cars, boy was I wrong. 1.5 hours later and I'm still sitting in line.

Convenient location. Came here for some birthday cards. They were easy to find. The line was pretty long with one one cashier, but she called for assistance which was great!
