Got a prescription it went thru from the doctor's office. They did not decline it even tho it was closed. Now I'm stuck waiting for a other store and prescription. Very very mad and in pain. They don't care about patients if they did they would've cancel prescriptions and let the doctor know. Being in pain more longer due to lack of proper business handling. Never going to Walgreens again. Go to cvz or somewhere else they lack business etiquette.

I was there today with my mother in law n have 2 complaints.
1st is why can't I get a paper receipt?? All those years of wasting so much paper to print coupons barely anyone uses n now I can't get a paper receipt?
2nd is my mother in law uses a shopping cart as her walker which I'm sure there are plenty of seniors that do the same.
This being the case why was the front of the pharmacy designed where it cannot accommodate a shopping cart to get to the pharmacy counter?

My experience at the Walgreens on Tropicana and Sandhill was an exceptional visit and especially 👌 the Pharmacist Ram!! His expertise and knowledge was excellent!!! Thank 😊 you RAM!!!!

It has taken days to fill any prescriptions that I have ever dropped off there it has been over 24 hours with the latest and still working on it can't get anyone to answer the phone it's ridiculous I would rather go somewhere else but this is who takes my insurance really sucks when you are super sick and need meds

Worst pharmacy on this side of town. They’re rude and utterly disrespectful. They claim medication will be ready same day but it never happens. I’ve had four times where I’ve been told a prescription will be ready same day, only to find out when I get there that it’s too early to be filled. The pharmacist is unbelievably rude and the staff won’t even make eye contact. It takes at LEAST 30 minutes to get through the line, if you’re lucky. They’re incredibly slow and don’t care about their customers. This place is also terrible if you’re disabled or have difficulty with walking or standing. They won’t acknowledge your position in line if you sit down and reserve the seats for people already served and waiting. Don’t come here.

I am very very disappointed by the service at this location. The staff are irresponsible and rude. I placed a very important photo order, but after 30 days nobody could find it.
The staff made me come back several times until they finally managed to locate it and realized the order had been ready for 4 weeks and they just hadn’t tired to seriously look for it.
Instead Sorry I received only several offers for extra points in order to make me stop complaining.
I’m never going to trust this location again.
If I can I can give 0 for the customer service.

The pharmacy here is terrible! This is the 2nd time now that the medicine is not ready on the same day, even though, it has been sent from the doctor early morning. They say they will call when it's ready for pick up but never do! If you urgently need your medication I would definitely use a different pharmacy. This is my last time going here. 0 Stars!

I would rate the pharmacy as 0 if possible. Wait time is soooo long, i dont understand why the staff moves really slow. Even when they see and know that people are already waiting for so long, they dont care. 4-11-24 at around 5pm- Older male, bald pharmacist licks his hand to pick up the white paperbag for the medicines, then tosses it in the cart behind him. Doesn’t use gloves in checking the medicines. He’s also snappy and gets mad easily. Yells at other staff in front of the customers. Waited more than 2 hours for my mom’s vaccine to be given. Horrible! Then asked to schedule the other vaccine, was advised to do it in the AM since they are busy in the afternoon, came back the next day, and the service was the same, difference is the pharmacist is a hit nicer compared to the other one! Appointment at 9:30, checked in at 9:14. Vaccine was given at 9:53. Left the store at 9:56. Their system is horrible and not feasible! Needs new system in organizing their medicines, i’ve noticed that when someone picks up medicine, staff took time in looking for that medicine, hence taking so much time.

Let me just start by saying I don't get my prescriptions filled here, not for any particular reason, I just don't. That being said, I come here probably at least 5 times a month for odds and ends. The FedEx drop off service is fantastic and I love that I can deposit money into my capital one account here too. I have almost always had a friendly experience with employees

PAXLOVID VOUCHER. If walgreens gives you website to apply for a voucher.You need the name of physician that wrote your script. Also, I had issue with using chrome browser on cellphone when downloading voucher.Worked on my laptop. Medicare & Medicaid are approved for this voucher. Hope this helps

I waited for 20 minutes for assistance picking up a medication, they are very slow and they don't know how to do their job. They need customer service training and time management. Never going back.
