I lived in Las Vegas 1984-1988 and Wally's was MY go to mechanic shop. I and my Honda( and my Acura new out in 1986) loved Wally's. I wish I had Wally's here and in the past years I've owned Honda's. (Honda/Acura owner since 1980). I've never forgotten Wally, his wife (who worked the office) and his kids...ALL of whom were nice, kind people. Thank you !!!

Horrible place to go for anything car related. Went there multiple times go get my car serviced $120-$140 to get my oil changed.
Went to a different auto shop and got it replaced for less than $40.
Allegedly they “fixed” my ac for $500 then it broke again 3 days later and told me i had to pay over $1,000 to get it “properly fixed.” Then I told him I'm still a college student and that I don't have that much money but because it’s summer I have to do it due to the heat.
Then he went and reworded his statement to “i was just recommending it” after the payments went through.
So i basically didn't have to pay for that service because he “recommend it” but he told me before the service; that I needed to pay over $1,000 for the part and labor thats going to “fix my ac”
Stay away wouldn’t even recommend this place to anyone at all. Horrible place and scum of the earth scammers. Be aware
I was even struggling financially because i was still in college barely making anything, and I told them about all that but they still scammed. They don't care about anything but money. I noticed also their main clients were also senior citizens. I hope that the senior citizens know what their getting into

I took my LS430 to Wally's because it was having a parasitic battery drain issue that was very hard to trace. Before I took it into Wally's, my battery would fully drain in about 24hrs. I also needlessly replaced my alternator before taking my car in, but atleast it replaced now, lol. So, Wally's technician was able to trace the source of my battery drain and fix the problem. I picked up my car right before going on vacation and, after letting my car sit for 5 days, I came back home and started it right up. I couldn't be happier that the problem is now solved. I highly recommend Wally's Precious Auto Care for your Toyota and Honda service needs.

The absolute best customer service hands down of any shop I’ve ever been to. I would highly recommend Wally’s for all vehicle needs. The staff was friendly, made sure I was well informed, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. The full details and photos of everything were the extra something I needed in an already stressful situation.

They took good care of me after another shop in town tried to steer me wrong their prices are fair the shop is clean even the bathroom their friendly personable and informative. Update 7/24 Continue to come here because I can trust them. They have made new improvements with a good website, online scheduling, and as always quick as they can be, clean, and helpful.

I was searching for an honest mechanic as I needed some work done on my Toyota. My friend Duane referred me to Wally's and so happy he did. Customer service 110%, workmanship 110%. They did an overall of my vehicle and included pictures on what needed to be done. They're family owned! I'm a customer since September 2023 and will continue. My toyota is in great hands with Wally's Precision Auto!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff even as they just expanded services to Subarus. Fair prices and very transparent about pricing as well! Explained everything clearly to me. I will be going back!

Can always rely on Wally’s for proper work on Hondas. They provide pictures of all service needs with the quote. No delays, as the car was serviced in the quoted estimated time.
