Fiancee left a bottle of rum at a self check out at this location (N Decatur) was told they had to verify tape in order to replace or refund. Was told tape showed she had left it and another customer grabbed it as a part of their order. Was told because an employee didnt grab it it's not their responsiblity. How many times I've been through walmart SCO and have not seen an employee staffed or in area....horrible policy. Called Walmart Corp as well and was told it's at discretion of store management. I dont have time to drive and fight with a store over $15 but it's the fact of it. Customer that is verified right by store video should be offered a refund!!

I have to write this review I really hate Walmart and the people of Walmart and really don't care to even shop here for anything, Well today I just happen to come into this Walmart and not to actually buy anything here or shop here but only because I seen the checkers restaurant and wanted to stop in there and get a sandwich cause I miss it and ask there employees whats been going on with the other checkers because some of them are closed down now. Well this particular Walmart caught my eye from start to finish and caused more to surface around into the store a tad bit more. I saw it to be very clean very organized. peaceful not a lot of noise or people screaming for stuff craziness going on everyone including the employee's looked calm and peaceful like everyone had order to what they were doing things were on the shelves properly floors were clean fruits even looked good enough to buy. things looked well stocked nothing seemed out of order or misplaced either. I thought this was very different than the norm. I started looking for a manager I couldn't find one. I saw a few CSM's but wasnt interested in talking with them wanted a manager. I finally saw Issac.... I was by checkers had purchased my sandwich and finally he walked by. We had a conversation and I just had to tell him how I felt coming into his store it was amazing seeing that I hate Walmart and the people of Walmart. I just had to let him know that his store stood out from every single Walmart that I have ever been to and I wanted him to know he was doing something right and he needed to keep doing what ever he was doing to keep up the momentum in his store. it was amazing nothing like any other. I had to rate him a 10 if I could....Best wishes ISSAC KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING IN YOUR STORE.....MARTINI SAID SO...

I am appalled by the chain's decision to let lobby groups tell the company what to sell and what not to sell. Removing firearms and vaping products is only going to hurt your sales. Your management team is weak. The lobby groups will continue to pressure you to sell what they want one item at a time. The consumers, like me, will leave and not come back. You recently have joined the self checkout craze. I hate self checkout machines, how about some customer service instead. I'm also sure that the criminals will abide by your new "no firearms" policy (sarcasm).

On September 9th, 2019 at 1:00 in the afternoon, I went to this store, which is located 15 miles from my home. I ordered 2 photo canvas wraps and was told they would be ready at 7:45 pm that evening. I decided to go back the next day. On September 10th at 2:30 in the afternoon, I returned to the store to pick up my photos and was informed that they don't have the mounting hardware. My wraps were printed out, they just can't mount them on the wooden frames as they don't have any. When you order photos, you must give them both your email address and your PHONE NUMBER. You would have thought that someone would have had the decency or intelligence to let me know the wraps would not be ready, so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back to the store, a 30 mile round trip. But then again, this is Walmart. Decency and intelligence might not be qualifications to work there.

This Walmart is horrible. The tire center wait is over 5 hours. They are so short staffed and not apologetic! Corporate needs to do something about it! Paying customers are waiting in a jammed packed waiting room for over 5 hours because Walmart can not hire enough people to support the consumers needs. I'm not happy and I don't want to give Walmart another penny of my money!

I came to Walmart tonight and was immediately greeted by CJ. He was so sweet and gave me and my kids a cart when he seen us looking for one if you were in the area and you need anything make sure you come to our local friendly Walmart because I'm sure they have everything you could possibly need keep up the good work guys especially CJ and Dominique you guys are awesome

Today wasn't a pleasant customer experience with Walmart. I had some returns and had my receipt but the lady Bonnie couldn't seem to figure out their systems. She kept telling me it wasn't coming up because they didn't carry the specific item I purchased at another location. I figured if it was Walmart they would return it because it was there company. Long story short she got a manger that couldn't solve the problem either named marina she said she was the customer service manger but couldn't fulfill the position she got hired for. Customer service is everything and Walmart will hire anyone that will hurt there business.

This was our first visit here in over a year. We stopped in on Saturday morning around 9am looking for fans. There was a great selection of options but not all of the prices were displayed. We also wandered the aisles just to look around. There was a pigeon wandering around and he found open bird seed. I highly recommend coming EARLY!! It's quiet and clean EARLY. Come in before 9am.

I always go to Walmart for my oil changes. Some are busier than others. From the auto center cashier to the workers servicing the cars, they are distracted and move at a slow pace. Lots of talking between each other and standing around. Seems they are always either understaffed or not wanting to work at this location causing ridiculous waiting

Their employees need to be constantly reminded of good customer service and not to walk away when a confused and question riddled customer approaches and not to treat them like they've done something very stupid for asking if they have Apple Pay. You destroy a stable company's reputation not from the outside, but from the inside.

I really like this Walmart. During the holidays, I will run up here to see what lights are left. They have tonnes of great items much like those at my Craig Road Walmart. The only difference is that this location is in a shopping center with many more stores and restaurants to choose from. The ammo here is a steal and a convenient stop prior to heading up to the amazing shooting range. The pharmacy here is larger than most and they seem to carry many more items. If they sold pizza in here, they would be a full size Sam's Club.

4.5 hours for an oil change on a slow Thursday ... enough said. Waited in the lobby checked periodically, decided to take an Uber home, called 3 times, never got an answer. Ubered back to Walmart, waited another 2 hours. Unacceptable
