Make sure to pick up your cake before 1 pm otherwise there won’t be a decorator to fix a mistake on a cake. Apparently Leah signed off on this cake that it was done but smudged it and didn’t want to fix it properly.

Not enough cashier because too many self cashier. But, a supervisor came fast to help by opening another cashier's lane, and he was very nice to me. Another negative aspect was that tap and pay weren't available, unlike most other Walmart stores.

This Walmart is def not my favorite. Workers are rude, will walk right past you even when you're trying to ask for help. Employees have masks on but not even wearing them properly. Unorganized and looks like a hot a** mess all the time.

Worst Walmart in Vegas. Don't come here if you have a lot of shopping to do, if you're elderly, or if you have small children with you. There are only 3 yes 3 cashiers and they're done assisting by 5pm it seems like. The rest is all self service. My family and I had a completely stuffed basket and had to ring it up ourselves and bag everything ourselves. I never received a paycheck from Walmart so I don't understand why I'm doing all the work. There were 4 employees guarding the self serve section that were all extremely rude and would rather chit chat with each other than help customers. Also the shelves in the store are always so empty. Their produce section is always empty. I will literally drive out of my way to avoid having to shop here. Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give less.

This store is all self-checkout. There need to be cashiers at checkouts, and there need to be enough of them to accommodate the customers. I do not want to check myself out, my elderly parents do not want to check themselves out, and my VERY ELDERLY grandmother DOES NOT WANT TO CHECK HERSELF OUT. All four of us refuse to go here again until this is corrected. And no, we do not want to have to ask for help at the self-checkout. I've never liked Walmart anyway. This is the nail in the coffin.

Why even answer the phone if you don't want to help? At least put someone in the electronics department that knows what a USB cable is. Probably under the age of 50....

I don't think I can shop here anymore. My wife and I consistently spend a couple hundred dollars a week here. I have dealt with all the nuances you have to put up with when shopping here because the low prices and convenience of everything you need in one place. Call me lazy if you want but I don't really feel like using self checkout when I have a large quantity of groceries. I will go somewhere else I guess.

You know it's a bad day when I have to dust off Yelp just to write a review of Walmart. The real tragedy is ever since this newer Walmart opened, I'd actually drive FURTHER to go to it, than just going to the closer one at Arroyo. This Walmart compared to Arroyo had more of the items I purchase IN STOCK. It seemed cleaner and even the customer base was more pleasant. Over at Arroyo, the customers seemed like the zombies from Walking Dead, terrifying, creepy and rude. That's not Walmarts fault at all, Arroyo just got the bad luck when it came to customers. But back to the Walmart on Blue Diamond: it was almost a joy to go shopping there. I usually go early morning either Friday or Saturday. I get in quick, shop for my particular items, go to the checker with the shortest line, and maybe stop at the Subway on the way out for lunch to go. In and out. Easy peasy. However today: May 1st, 2021, is the last day I will shop there. For some insane reason, they converted EVERY, yes EVERY check out to self check out. They now have two large "pens" (like you lead cattle to for slaughtering). With lines that stretch all the way through the store that connect to these "pens". One line ends up in the clothing department. The other line stretchs all the way to bath supplies. Literally every customer has to pass through one of these two lines to leave the store. And if you are a fan of social distancing, forget it. The line would reach to Parump if you had 6 ft between people. Then the very few dummy Walmart employees that direct you towards the open self-serve stations have no spacial comprehension. The kid sees my cart is FULL, but directs me to the tiniest check out machine. Seriously?! The scale side is about a foot squared. I have 6 cases of soda, several gallon jugs of tea, 4 bottles of milk plus everything else in the cart. I guess the Walmart employees want to watch us play JENGA with our groceries. I literally had to stack my groceries on the scale systematicly like I was building a Lego model of the empire State building. With the hotdogs buns finally at the top of my mini skyscraper, I paid and then had the pleasure of tearing down my engineering masterpiece. Seriously, this is a JOKE. You force EVERYONE to self checkout, whether you are buying a pack of gum, OR if you are buying enough food for a school? It's ridiculous and SLOW and INCONVENIENT. I seldom use self checkout at a grocery store. Why? Because I've NEVER been a grocery checker!!! Most people are stupid and they feel the can check out BETTER than a person that does it 8+ hours a day, probably for the last 20 year. Sorry folks, you are NOT better at checking out your groceries than a professional. So why does this matter? Because this Walmart is forcing EVERY customer to be a checkout clerk and most people are NOT clerks. So they are SLOW and make mistakes. This is a completely stupid idea. My fear though is maybe EVERY Walmart will be doing this? If that is the case, I'm done with Walmart for good. My guess is they will have SO MANY complaints, they will have to go back to having old (meaning BETTER) style check out lanes with real checkers. My guess is some financial dummy at the top thought they could lay off a bunch of checkers lowering their overhead and in return, earn more profits. But sorry dummy, you are KILLING customer service at Walmart (which this company never was known for in the first place). They should try and harness the power of Sam Walton SPINNING in his grave. That would power 100 Walmart stores. Simple fact is we have options: Smart and Final, Target, Costco, Amazon. Don't think Walmart is doing me a favor by making me wait in a cattle line, stacking my groceries to the ceiling and make me think I'm going to be a professional checker. I'm done with this place. Hope you guys out there in Yelp-land agree. We can't let companies screw with us and give us WORSE service. For now we still live in a Capitalist country and we still can make a difference with our wallets. If a compan

We had a very unhappy encounter here with an employee by the name of JB he apparently was some type of coach for the employees. However he was rude, was yelling at us and was no help what so ever when we tried to explain to him what happened, we basically told us it was our fault. In fact when some other customers came over and asked if they could help he yelled at them and told them to mind their own business.. we are writing a letter to corporate but I highly doubt much will happen. This person should not be in a customer service role.

I typically don't leave reviews on large department stores but I've had three different incidents at this location. The employees at this location are the worst! They are not helpful whatsoever. The thing that really irritated me was that my sisters 10 month old baby pulled her mask and broke it. We asked two separate employees for a mask and they refused! We dropped our things and walked out, but ... as we were walking out the girl at the entrance had a box of masks under the desk. According to Walmart's policy, a complimentary mask will be provided .. but two employees at this location refused to provide a mask.

You got to live wal-mart no matter how busy or how many people are in the store or how long the line are they will only open two registers one on each side of the store fifteen minutes to check out be damned I guess hiring extra people is to much of a pain but hey what do I know I'm just a shopper not a owner
