I hate coming here every time its a nightmare. No carts anywhere. Is he on a break?! Where is the cart guy. Now they've locked up 99% of the items. I mean you locked up soap?! Seriously. You feel like a criminal in there- it's shopping jail. I will NEVER come back here it's a waste of money I will not give Walmart anymore of my money period! I would rather shop at smiths or Amazon. You just lost a lot of money- Good riddance Walmart hope they all shut down! What a senseless disgusting place you have created. So Not spend your hard earned money here. Locking up items to wait 10 min per team is not going to deter criminals from stealing. It literally makes no sense and just pisses odd decent paying customers like myself. Bye Walmart you are useless to me now! Soo many of the employees today said they hate working there so good luck hope all of them quit and find better careers. This is a nightmare of a place now. Unreal. I would give it a -10 if ai could "ZERO STARS!!"

The other day I bought a fabric from them and I asked for 94 inches. When I got home I checked the fabric and I realized they gave me something much shorter than what I asked for so I couldn't use it for my table, but they still charged me for 94 inches. When I went to ask for a replacement at the length that I asked for, they denied me despite it being their fault and they accused me of cutting the fabric shorter at home and trying to cheat them. The employees treated me terribly and their service was horrible. I ended up leaving the fabric there at the store because there's no point in keeping it since I can't use it. I used to shop here all the time for many years but I'm never coming back.

Always a poor experience. They also don't accept returns from other Walmarts with a receipt. Their system is messed up so they claim. It's always something with them. I guess it's WAL-MART what else should we expect?

I waited in the pickup parking space for 45 minutes. I was told that they checked me in but 20 minutes later they say we actually checked you in now. 20 minutes after that I had to ask one of the TWO people delivering the orders to the pickup area to please deliver my groceries. 5 minutes later I finally got my groceries.

You know... the workers aren't in charge of where they are assigned and they aren't at fault for people stealing and therefore requiring everything to be locked up, but I can still be pissed off that I have to wait 10 minutes every time I need something unlocked. The managers here should do better- unless I am getting some ridiculous discount, I shouldn't have to wait 40 minutes during a trip that I am paying retail price for each item

The cake bakery at this Walmart deserves -000 !!! My daughter ordered this bee themed cake for her friend's birthday party The photos below is what she picked up on Sat Jun 1, 2024. Not only was the cake over priced at $80; it is the worst cake decorating job I've ever seen and the worst tasting cake ever made. The chocolate cake was dense and had no flavor. The vanilla cake was the same. The Bavarian cream filling was horrible tasting. The layers were reversed in the wrong order and the cake was lopsided and sloppy. The birthday writing looked like a child could have done better and the decorator forgot the birthday girls name. It's by far the worst cake ever sold. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAKES AT WALMART ON FT APACHE AND TROPICANA IN LAS VEGAS!!! ***SPECIAL NOTE::: THIS CAKE IS ADVERTISED ON THE WALMART WEBSITE***

Wanted to buy essential oils - they're locked up. Nobody was around but a girl pushing a cart. Asked her if she could open, and she told me she couldn't. I then asked if she could call somebody to the aisle, said she also couldn't do that. I finally said, "If you pass by another worker, can you at least tell them," to which she said, "if we get caught stopping we'll get in trouble," and rushed off. Ffs. I had to go on scavenger hunt to find someone to unlock some essential oils. Ridiculous. Train the kids better. They lack customer service skills and just looking for easy pay.

The employees are miserable at this location. No greeting no smile and no one wants to help you. Management needs to be better and do better. Pathetic.

Walmart in LV closes it's self checkout. Lots of lines. WMSC doesn't do customer service. I know it's theft driven but all other retailers in LV have figured out. Target, Smiths, Albertsons and even Lowes still use them. Will not longer shop there as checkout lines are 5-6 deep all the time.

This store needs to open additional checkout lanes with clerks. I visited this store this afternoon and waited in line for 15 minutes. When I unloaded my cart I had to wait for an additional 5 minutes as the Walmart associate scanned a gift card for the customer in front of me and it was processed incorrectly. The associate inserted the gift card into the cash drawer and could not retrieve it. A supervisor or manager was called over and was unable to correct the issue. I was then told that I would need to go to another line as they would need to rescan all of the customer's items (an entire cart full of items). Walmart must have the worst point-of-sale (POS) software in the world or they must have the worst trained associates, supervisors and managers in the world. How did the checkout clerk not notice that the gift card added to the bill and not subtract from the total. Why did the clerk insert the gift card into the cash drawer before confirming the total amount? Why couldn't the supervisor or manager override the POS system? Why couldn't the supervisor or manager figure out what the issue was? Why did the customer service dept. issue a gift card that was not activated properly? If the card was activated properly then go back to previous questions or concerns. The bottom line is that I love the discounts at Walmart but I can no longer tolerate the poor customer experience that I have received every single time I have walked into this store over the last two months - since the self-checkout conspiracy all started. I will no longer complain about the higher prices at Smith's and Albertsons. I will gladly spend more to receive a much better customer experience - better POS and better trained (better paid) associates.
