We needed to stop and pick up our grocery items for our trip to downtown Vegas. We waited a bit for the pick-up order to come out, and nobody else was there. I asked the clerk where the eggs were so I could put them on the back seat so they wouldn't get crushed. Here, he had already put them in the car and put bottles of wine on top. Are you kidding me? We forgot to pack a wine opener with us, so we had to run into the store to purchase one and I will say that this store is crazy busy. A security car patrols the parking lot, and the area doesn't look great. I wouldn't want to walk around the area where this Walmart is located at night. Next time, I will try another Walmart.

If we can't find it at other stores we know we will find it at this mega store. We found some cold medication at a very good price. The store is overwhelming and I could browse the aisles for hours. There was no long wait at the check out counter and the cashier was very nice.

The bakery department of this Walmart was so impressive. Ordered my wedding cake from here and they totally nailed it. The price was beyond reasonable and the decorator made sure to connect with me about the details/design . I would 10/10 recommend you get your cakes here .... These folk know how to do it for a better price than any other spot.

I was looking for some work pants, but everything was locked. I went to the fitting room (the nearest place with an employee around) to ask if someone could unlock them. The employee there, with an attitude, said she couldn't help and told me to find someone else. She could've easily used her radio to call another employee, like I've seen others do. Eventually, I did get the pants unlocked and went back to the fitting room, politely asking the same employee if I could try them on. She told me the fitting rooms were closed, even though I could see other people using them. Frustrated, I left the pants behind since I couldn't try them on. Later, I was in the same area and saw the same employee letting someone else into the fitting room a person who happened to be the same race as her. This employee was an older woman with gray hair who honestly didn't seem like she should be working in customer service. I couldn't help but feel that her treatment of me was racially motivated, especially since I look quite different ( I'm Mexican, gay, and have over 30 piercings, including a gauged septum.)

Everytime I order from this store, there is always something substituted and they never have everything in stock. They really need to update their online ordering system to not include items that are not actually available. On the plus side, all of my orders from this store arrive in timely manner. Also, customer service is helpful when things have gone missing in the past.

Mixed messages on this one. Be very careful of "bait and switch." They do it often, and I just got nabbed by it. Luckily, they have a text support person named Gous, who got everything sorted, so quickly that what I originally ordered just arrived at my door. Maybe if they had more Gouses working for them, but then Walmart would have to pay a living wage. You get the help you pay for. This is my first transaction with Walmart in 7 years. And, Gous not withstanding, It will be the final time.

Watched the employees push a guy out of the store tonight because he was disabled and wanted to do self checkout, then they all came outside to try to fight the guy. It was drama. I've seen him in the store before and he was pretty chill but the younger employees were calling him names and calling him old outside. I really thought they were going to hurt him. Not a good look Walmart. Do better!

crystal morales was working in the medication section . I was watching her the whole time grabbing peoples stuff all rude nd being a little aggressive. She seemed very annoyed . And I get it. I also work in customer service . I even waiting for everyone to get helped out so she help me nd wen I asked her if she help me she asked if I pressed the button nd I said yes . Even with no one any more she told me to wait my turn . My mom was upset and wanted to leave . So I asked her wat her name was nd she ignored me nd continued walking so I kept saying excuse me nd followed her for a couple steps bcuz I wanted to know her name nd she turned around and said dnt touch me me when I never did . But she turned her name tag and I saw her name . I normally dnt do this but I just literally saw how she treated every elderly person trying to get to their meds and she was so rude and aggressive at times . I just feel like she should b in another department or something . Even wen I tried to talk to manger . They never helped me with one either

My wife and I bought the Cobb marketside salad kit bowl and she was vomiting for hours after eating it to later find out it was recalled due to listeria contamination with the bacon. She even went to the ER for treatment. We shop here every single week and we dont shop anywhere else. We called the store and the person who answered had absolutely no concern for my wife's health or condition. I am extremely disappointed. I am considering shopping elsewhere. Shame on Walmart!!!!

08032024 @ 0524 pm 3075 e. tropicana ave las vegas nv 89121 whole waiting in line a lady behind me bumped into me right from behind. she asked me if she could put her groceries on the conveyer belt. then she got in my face. right before i statrted explaing how i felt. i noticed another lady in her 50s rouchi g my son. i didnt onow the lady and immediate told the i dont know you why are you touching my child. the lady started mouthing off stating she didnt care what i said and rambl8ng so other verbage to me. she states she was going to call the police. i talked to the team lead and the store managers. i asked if their was an video footage and hiw long does walmart keep the footage. the store managers stated 90 days. the lady thinks its okay to touch or grab another child with out the consent of the parent. mgr: tyler, st# 04557, op#008988, tem 17 tr# 06791

Idk how Walmarts even stay open, or why they have employees. All self checkouts are 15 items or less and my cart literally got counted and I was kicked out of a line I waited almost 10 minutes in to have to wait in another line that has a bunch of people. 4 checkout lanes with actual people working while the rest of the employees stand around looking pretty. Never again going to a Walmart.

Suzette, the team lead was literally yelling at customers being completely unprofessional. I was actually appalled. She also shoved into me with someone else's cart and didn't even say anything. I won't be back, I can't believe how comfortable a team lead is treating all the customers around her so openly poor.
