Leah is very caring she is the pharmacist that I have dealt with over the last 6 years and all the team is awesome including Nancy and Tim I deal with them a lot due to medical issues and Leah remembers a lot of the people she deals with she has gone above and beyond the call of duty when I have questions and if she doesn't have the answer right there she tells me let Me do some research and call you and she does

I never had a problem with this pharmacy ever yes they've been laggy with your medication and at times people can be rude off setting but that's just Walmart until the other day a pharmacist dictated what my pain doctor was saying and wouldn't release my medication to me I was having a bad reaction to my current pain medication put me in the hospital my doctor put me on something different the pharmacist would not release my medication because they just released a pain medication to me they said I had to wait 30 days to try the new how a pharmacist thinks they can dictate a cancer patient that has had four reconstructive surgeries in the past two and a half years on his spine is beyond me I will be finding a new pharmacy that's for sure hopefully they don't give me a strike out of retaliation

Horrible customer service . They ask & received for detailed information and they don’t even call or text when you can pick up . The time frame in which your suppose to pick up the medication isn’t done/available. Upon return the next day to pick up they started shutting windows while waiting in line . Prior to the windows shutting down . I had spoken to two employees who were currently preparing the order . Solution I will just have my r/x filed with Walgreens .

So I have to give these sneaky folks up here a 1 star from their customer service. 1st of all they dont communicate well at all. 2nd they went behind my back because I got a New dr. and called her everyday to try to make her change me prescription neither party contacted me and let me know they were changing anything...Until I went there and then they said ask your dr we had a talk with her. To be honest she just gave me the previous prescription my last dr gave me, but to NOT EXPLAIN THAT YOU GUYS CALLED EVERYDAY AND ASKED HER TO TAKE DOWN FROM A MONTH SUPPLY TO 15 DAYS. THEY TOLD ME TO CALL AND TALK TO HER, SO I DID AND SHE DOCUMENTED THE CONVERSATION AND SAID THEY KEPT CALLING HER. IVE BEEN ON THE SAME REGIMEN FOR MONTHS I GUESS MY LAST DR WASNT GOING FOR ALL THAT SO WHEN I GOT ANOTHER DR THEY RETRIED AND WAS SUCCESSFUL. TAKING MY INSURANCE $ ELSEWHERE. IM TIRED OF THE BAD COMMUNICATION AND EVERYTHING

You can never just pick up your medicine without having to wait 30 to 45 minutes! They call you and say it's ready and you still have to wait. I wish Walgreens still took my insurance

Wow I'm sorry about those that had a bad experience. I have been with this Wal-Mart for years and have always had excellent service. If you treat them with respect they will do the same. We are all feeling the pressure, and they are as well..so be kind and breathe.

If you want to be treated poorly and as if you are the scum if the Earth, go to this location. All of the technicians ate rude, short-tempered, tactless, and grossly incompetent. If you treat them with kindness, beware: they will find a way to make you regret your politeness and patience with their terrible service. I could partially excuse this behavior if I or anyone that I have witnessed using this facility was rude, because I understand firsthand the pitfalls of retail, but the blatant disregard for the humanity of people is inexcusable.

Overall I've mostly gotten irritated having to deal with this location, no disrespect to the pharmacist because a few are professional but some would rather vacuum a floor than get your script also got tired of their BS excuses why they never have pain meds. And been going there for 6 months .They do explain the meds to you well but for that you gotta go to a different section and sometimes have to wait there too.

Making near to twenty dollars an hour, one would like expect people to be more exuberant and content with life. Alas, the simplest interaction with kind individuals sends me them into a tizzy. It is reprehensible and unforgivable. Truly deserves a zero star rating.
