I've never had an issue picking up from this pharmacy. Employees are polite. The worst part about this pharmacy is that you have to park and walk in since it's a Walmart.

Poor, poor, poor customer service! Everyone there acts & looks like they hate their job immensely! Smile for once it's not that bad! Never going back! I would rate a 0 if possible!

Unprofessional, disorganized and lack of communication. My Doctor's office sent in my prescription to this Walmart pharmacy and the 2 days later went to pick it up. Only to be told they need to speak with my Dr. Waited another day and pharmacy says pharmacist needs speak with dr. Wait again same answer. Called my Dr and they called pharmacy and pharmacist said medication out of stock. Why did they not tell me when order was placed, when physical in the store or the other 2 times I called for follow up. Would not recommend this pharmacy.

I personally like this pharmacy, they know me and are personable to me. I pick up for my Mom and Dad and myself. I have to wait for scripts sometimes and the pharmacists are helpful. Love the girls in the back especially Jane!

I agree with the other reviews. Couple of times I've shown up to pick up my prescription after receiving a text that it was ready and I arrive and have to wait because the order was mixed up. Isn't that the whole point of why we request the prescription in advance in the first place? I never receive a good explanation as to why there's a mix up. In fact, the cashier the other day told me that I would have to get a pharmacist to talk to me about my vitamin D prescription since it was transferred. I explained to her I picked up the prescription a million times from Walmart. I even have picked it up from other Walmart locations and never had an issue like this one. It's my belief that these people just don't know what the heck they're talking about!

The people who work in the Fort Apache/Tropicana Walmart Pharmacy in Las Vegas do not care about the customers AT ALL!! They rarely try to do the right thing for them by actually trying to put the customers needs first. They say things to them that are untrue or blow them off...Unpleasant and Unkind!!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. The lady helping customers should not work their. She is so rude and angry. Get her out of there. Don’t go to this place.

Texted days ago to confirm my rx refill, STILL not ready days later. Finally came in after getting noticed it was filled, they can’t find me in the system. Don’t use it if you have any life threatening issues, you may not get your prescription.Update: Told to come back after 20 minutes, when I came back I was told it was not ready but they could get it ready in another 20 minutes.

Rude service from PT Telly. She is never friendly at all, won't look you in the eye, and doesn't care about being helpful to the customer. She acts like customers are bothering her. She may be trained as a pharmacy technician but fails at being a human being. Service is way better at the Rainbow and Spring Mountain location.

This pharmacy cheated me. Not only did they give me less than the quantity shown on the bottle. They charge me for the 40 pills and they only gave me 30 And then told me that their account was correct and I was incorrect as if I don’t know how to count. They shorted me on another bottle as well. I got off anesthesia and counted my pills to make sure I would not take them at the wrong time and they were short.Didn’t seem like they were willing to do anything about it and insisted that they were correct While I’m in pain.

My girlfriend just called the pharmacy to ask a simple question. "Does this store carry a new probiotic product called IBgard?" She spoke to the pharmacist himself, a man named Bill Hergenroder. Unfortunately, this man was too lazy to walk ten feet to look in the lock-up case where all the probiotics are kept. Here's a man who needs to see his employment with Walmart terminated immediately. He only serves to make Walmart look uncaring and unprofessional. He is a disgrace to his profession.

Always takes forever in line. There are always more than enough employees in the back area, but only one or two at the register. Last time I was in there, I had a prescription for a product they ran out of. They said it would be a couple of days before I.could pick it up. TWO WEEKS later, I was able to pick it up. Honestly, this place sucks. The only reason I go to WalMart is because my wife makes me. ?
