Love that this pharmacy has a drive-thru option. So useful when you have kids you don’t wanna get out of car seats. Communication is really great whenever I’ve had to call. I usually order my refills via website.But, the reason I’m writing my review today is because of a pharmacy tech named Danielle! My 2 year old was in the ER yesterday for stitches and I had issues with my private insurance company getting the antibiotic prescription filled and she helped me so much!!! We were both calling, but not only did she did do her job well - she was also so kind.Transferring all my kids’ prescriptions here.

My daughter was prescribed a few medications for an eye issue, and two of them were not common. A pharmacist not only walked me through my options price-wise because two of them were essentially the same medication but different prices, but after finding out their location didn't have the less common (and cheaper) option she went through and found another Walmart pharmacy nearby that had both medications I needed in stock. She not only transferred our prescriptions quickly but also called them first to verify they had the medications I needed. As a worried mom with a sick kid, she saved me from overspending on medications I didn't need, from making phone calls to other pharmacies, and she was super kind through all of it. I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves recognition.

I went to get my ADHD medication filled. I have been taking it for years now. I have SEVERE ADHD and have my entire life. The pharmacy manager decided that they're going to discriminate based on age. She informed me that she won't fill my prescription because I'm not under 18 and that she's prioritizing those patients. I'm not sure when a pharmacist was able to be allowed to make the decision on who is priority for THEIR MENTAL HEALTH MEDICATION; but I'm filing a complaint with the state board against her personally as well the pharmacy. She tried to side step giving me her medical number and business license number as well. Zero stars if I was allowed.

This Walmart Pharmacy has been my go to since 2018. I have never once encountered any issue. The staff have been friendly, and knowledgeable. Their communication regarding supply chain issues is impeccable. A few times in 2020 and 2021 my Rx has been hard to get due to a global shortage of a key ingredient in manufacturing. The staff kept me updated and even called other pharmacy chains to see if they had it in stock.I travel quite a bit, so when I did need my Rx transferred to another pharmacy to be filled there was never any issues. I used CVS for a long time and every time I needed an Rx filled at a different location it was a multi-day ordeal. With WM, I've never had any issue. Even with a Schedule IV - no issues.The drive up experience has also been flawless. In my travels I've found several WM locations have their Rx and grocery pick-ups on opposite sides. I appreciate that at this location I don't have to spend too much time in the parking lot. As you know, here in Vegas, the agreed upon parking lot speed limit city wide is "watch this" during the week, and "hold my beer" on the weekends. =)A little explanation on a couple of the negative reviews to give some perspective:- Even though the pharmacy is located inside the Walmart - they have zero control over the locked liquor aisle. Not their department.- Whole Foods is owned by Jeff Bezos - so good luck with spending your money there with less of an impact on the environment and human rights violations.- During the lock-downs hours shifted frequently and without warning at all kinds of businesses. WM Pharmacy was no different.---* I do not now, nor have I ever worked for any Walmart Pharmacy. I'm just tired of wading through reviews that don't apply.

The staff are very kind but it is truly the slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. Please choose a different pharmacy until management can learn to staff properly.

I googled there hours and it said they closed the Pharmacy at 9pm but I got there at 7:05pm snd they were closed!

They REFUSE TO enforce Nevada State mandate 047 requiring people entering their business to wear mask. Seriously they simply don't care about the safety of our community! Allowing people who could be infected to walk around with no mask.

as of this writing, my prescription drug which said to be delivered by fedex hasn’t been received. Monday June 28 when I called this walmart pharmacy at blue diamond las vegas when I paid for the said medication since its been ready for 3 days and texts I received is unstoppable to inform me. I called two days after I paid for it and thats the time tracking number is given by the pharmacy staff, which I tracked from then till today July 1st whch is supposedly the delivery day of the medication. It’s bedtime and yet no delivery found

Ordering to have your food delivered is a giant waste. In the beginning of the pandemic I understand being out of eggs etc.

I purchased a $50 Apple Gift Card from this location, 6971 Blue Diamond Rd Las Vegas No 4/20/21 and the card was already redeemed. Spoke with the manager about this card the next day because there phones are not working. She said that there was nothing she could do about it to contact Apple. I did and Apple said that if the cars was purchased from them they could correct the issue. So the manager said that they have had other customers complain that they had the same issue. Then she walked away after telling me that they were suppose to have pulled those cards last week. But they were still on the shelves. That is why I don’t trust Walmart. They are making money off the customers with the gifts cards and will not assist or rectify the situation. Walmart is not a place to shop at all.
