Great customer service. Extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. Easy reorder by phone is easy and fast. Estimated time for pick up is provided or you can pick up at an earlier time. Wait in line is minimal. Receipt and medicine info are included with your meds. Also you can request to see the pharmacist if need be.

I mentioned it and received no apology and no goodbye at the end of the call, just hung up. I have to call in my refills because the automated refill line will only give me one pack when I am authorized for three at a time and have never had that problem with any other pharmacy in 10 years. After I get this prescription renewed by my doctor I'll be moving to another pharmacy (I don't trust them to transfer it properly). Two stars since I do eventually get my medication.

Called to confirm the prescriptions had been received at 10:30 AM, was told it would take an hour to fill. Showed up at 12:05 PM and was told it would take another 40 minutes. I've been sitting here another hour, Lala has been conscientiously following up with her coworker but Diane has been rude and dismissive of her follow up attempts. "You told him it was going to be a while right? And now she has gone on break with 7 minutes to closing and I've confirmed my dads medication is still not ready for pickup. Inefficient, unprofessional, and no one but Lala has any energy devoted to customer service. Update: after 90+ minutes was informed that the medication requires a pre authorization from insurance that hasnt come through. Also they dont carry the medication and need to order it. I asked why they didnt let me know right away, just got a shrug. Window is now closed and I am scrambling trying to find a way to take care of my dad.
