To have almost 70 lanes including the self checkout (which were all also down) & only have 6 of them open is plain ridiculous. You can't claim lack of staff because as I did my shopping there were plenty just standing around. Also to try & force people to swipe the cards & pay multiple times because you want something from a different department is a joke. To go in & have to wait 45 minutes to checkout only having 5 items is a complete failure in customer service. This is worst shopping experience ever. From having everything locked up & apparently none of the employees in the area having keys to open anything to to way too long line & wait time to checkout for no reason is embarrassing as an establishment. If I could post this with a zero star review I definitely would because one is even too generous.

I've tried ordering online delivery from this store location multiple times. Every single time the order is delayed, or they'll say the orders been delivered, but it hasn't been and then it'll show up an hour later. It's a mess. And It is impossible to get a hold of anyone to speak to at that supercenter. Even going through Walmart customer service to try to get an answer and they called the store and said the store was incredibly rude to them, their own customer service!! Not sure what's going on with that store but don't order delivery from them. Pick another Walmart.

Dr. Say is a surgeon and he explained all of my hearing loss and tinnitus ( loud ringing in my left ear). The lady's and staff are wonderful.

Horrible location. Employees are rude and they close down all but 4 self checkout lanes so lines are an hour wait for self checkout.

This store keeps getting worse and worse and worse. I went there today to spend a good amount of $ but I saw the EXTREMELY long lines, which literally are long no matter what day or time you come here, and walked right out and spent that good $ elsewhere. You have 27626482 registers, but never have enough open and now there are ALWAYS long lines. Done with this store. Since whoever manages it seems to not care

What is the point of a worker checking receipts at the door, before you leave the facility & have already paid, if worker Rayleen will chase you down and physically grab your personal items, while you're already at your car, and forcefully drag you back into the store because they felt to make a point to check my receipt, once more, all because they didn't trust the 3 other people I went through before to get my items scanned, bagged & receipt read/checked? Tommy, the manager, had to hold back Rayleen, as they kept trying to approach me physically aggressive, they also repeatedly talked over me as I was trying to get some kind of answer to what was happening. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my items to be checked, one by one, until they were told I was clear to leave since I had paid. The entire time I was left feeling scared as nobody cared to answer me or tell me why I was being stopped/ harassed..... Thank you, Rayleen and Tommy, for making me feel so unwelcome and horrified in a place I went to almost every week & for my hungry family waiting for me to make dinner. Great job.

Workers put my Dr pepper and my girlfriend's monster upside down in the bag, some of the departments have no button yet the items are locked. Employees act irritated, But the shopping carts are amazing and the store is really clean and nice.
