I have been having trouble using my online account for Walmart. I am unable to use delivery services.
I really appreciate my Walmart pharmacy on Hollywood and Lake Mead. I am older now and getting around is not so easy these days, delivery services would help tremendously. But when I am at the end of my transaction it doesn't let me submit order, it says there is an error. I was told that this happens sometimes and to just keep trying. My patience wears thin and alot of times I will go somewhere else to avoid me wasting my time. The pharmacy gets a 10 the store not so much and the tech support gets a big fat ZERO!

Waited in customer service for 20 mins with only 2 people ahead of me. Lady (Alice) was very SLOW & rude sitting on that stool… please hire more ppl to service the front end a little bit better

Let me start by saying I have been a loyal Walmart shopper since I can remember. I have shopped at this Walmart market for at least 7 years and have actually turned several people on to shopping here which I deeply regret and have told them so! Putting their laziness aside and they're HORRIBLE customer service they have no issues treating you like a criminal for simply trying to return an item (not food) that was only about $6.00. They gave me so much anxiety and embarrassment that I had to walk out and I will NEVER shop there again. Albertsons is across the street and Dollar General is rt down the street and they are so nice!

I just used the Drive -Up to the Pharmacy. The store is crap to me. I'm disabled, and they NEVER HAVE HELPER'S. If I remember the front end Manager told me in exact Words." Well then go somewhere else who does, or bring your own!!! You don't want mine and my friend who also is severely disabled said, You'd learn a whole New English language of curse word's. Pharmacy Out Rates the store thank goodness

Inside seems crowded most of the time. Early mornings seem to be the best time to go shop there. Walmart restrooms here have become a place for homeless people to come hang out in the bathroom.( so definitely dont send your kids in there alone) Seems like this Walmart has also been flooded with people ( seems like adult clicks) just hanging out outside near the online pick up areas on the side of the building. That group right there just makes you feel uncomfortable shopping there.

The older lady with the grey hair and glasses working the self checkout registers that usually works customer service is very rude and need to work in the areas where there’s no customer communication. Very unnecessary with the rudeness. Walmart need to do better with their hiring!

Went in the store to pick up a few items. Was only in there for like 5 minutes. Upon checking out, I noticed that a white woman associate was recording me on her phone. It was completely obvious that she was recording me. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and, as an African American woman, I definitely felt as if race was the motivating factor of this type of behavior. Will never go back to this store! I am a government employee, so stealing is not something I could ever be caught doing so I would never chance it. And the crazy part is that I have ebt, so there was literally no reason to steal lol. If you are a person of color please avoid this store and go where you are appreciated, not just tolerated. Customers do not want to be faced with racism from just walking into the store!

Better location compared to some neighborhood Walmarts. Still have self check out lines available to all shoppers.
