I don't usually go but in Las Vegas there isn't much to choose from. They have what they consider useful to the rest of us, but they do not consider that what they sell does not satisfy us and they do not have what we are looking for.

Great place to shop. Has a pharmacy that fills perceptions on a timely manner. All staff in all departments are willing to help you out with questions or direct you in the right direction.

I just want to rant about our experience with the auto service team on 2/1/2025! My family and I came in at 1:30pm to get an oil change. Upon pulling in we noticed they were not busy. They had a vehicle in the bay but no cars were lined up after them when we arrived. So meaning we would be next in line. We waited about 5-10 minutes in our vehicle waiting until my husband finally went down and approached one of the mechanics himself. So we get down gave them our info. They said they’ll send a text or call when it’s ready. Ok so we’re just killing time inside the store and did some shopping for like 2 hours. I told my husband let’s go and check on it it’s taking extremely long for an oil change and they were not that busy. We get to auto service we saw our vehicle parked outside but we were never notified of anything about it getting started. Come to find out they canceled our service “due to the plug being oversized and that it was potentially leaking and needed to be repaired first”. First off it was leaking we would have noticed and brought in ASAP but there are no signs of leaking on our driveway whatsoever and we only bring our vehicle to Walmart on Craig to get it oil changed and they never mentioned anything to us before. It just so happened we were in the area running errands so we decided to get it done here. So at this point my husband is livid. As he had work later that evening and just wasted time. They did not try to call or reach out to inform us that they have canceled our service. What if we had gone home when did they plan to tell us?! Near the end of the night when the shop is about to close? No one even talked to us except the cashier who just showed us the report. My husband went out to talk to the mechanics himself and they said there is nothing they can do because they were not that last one to work on it. And it needed to be repaired before they can do service on it. So we ended taking our vehicle back to the Walmart on Craig waited another 3 hours cause they were actually busy here they were able to change our oil took pictures of the plug and there is NO damages as we gave them the report that Walmart on Decatur gave us. The mechanic came in talked to us showed us the pics explained the procedures they could of taken if they’re report was true. At this point when we got done it was 6:40pm. I’m upset because we wasted so much time for an oil change. The customer service at the auto service on Decatur is TRASH compared to the customer service on Craig. They are both owned by Walmart they should have the same policies and procedures. If we have known earlier and someone actually spoke with us professionally regarding the matter I would not be this upset. All that time wasted! And to find out they’re accusations was not true! I’m sensing who ever had oil change duty was just being LAZY and didn’t want to do they’re job that day! It’s just unfair for us paying customers we don’t have all day for this.
