Seems like more than half of the workers are up front by the self check out registers trying to make sure no one is stealing even though I see L. P. and the police arresting some one almost every time I go there.

I have been using the grocery order service for over a year now and until today, I have never heard of a temporary hold being place for double the price of my grocery order. I ordered $255 worth of groceries and an authorization for $568.46 was placed on my card. Customer service told us that we could avoid this by turning off substitutions but we use this feature every time and have only been charged an additional $20-$30 as an additional hold. Once this order is delivered we will be looking for other places to shop. A 24-48 hour turnaround to fix this is unacceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

The selection of Frozen dinners were not enough I feel completely violated by the receipt checker at the door she fell as though she could go through my groceries I did not appreciate that made me want to go to customer service and just get a refill for my full purchase which was $200 between grocery and items

I came by to pick up a few item & to send someone some money. Come to find out the person scheduled for the money services desk called out. So no one will be here til 11 am to open this service. On there site it says it's open. I could have went to another Walmart instead of waiting 45 mins

While the prices and selection was good on this trip, check-out wasa freaking JOKE! Why the HELL would you unbag items if a customer wants to use another self check-out machine when your card reader DOES NOT WORK RIGHT?? COMMON SENSE! Making us re bag the same items for WHAT? Don't catch a 'tude with customers if you don't want to help us when we ask.

My only complaint on this location is that everything is locked up! 3 of us waited at least 15 minutes at the vitamin aisle only to leave before anyone came to help! Walmart you lost over $100 in sales from us! And then a pair of men's shorts that was $6+ had a loss provention clip on it when I got home..
Who looks for one of those on a $6 item?????
