This store is conveniently located at the busy intersection of I-215 and Rainbow Boulevard. It is one of the newer locations, and it is kept up-to-date. The parking lot is well-maintained and has trees. However, it does get congested with cars and pedestrians. The frozen sections along the walls of the grocery department are all enclosed with see-through doors. The produce area has a good selection of greens. The checkout experience is well-organized, consisting primarily of self-checkouts, with friendly and attentive service.

Love this supercenter. They have the essentials. Also a lot of stores and restaurants nearby.

Don't bother buying strawberries from these guys. Half the time they're all moldy and rotten out the box. Do you guys even check your produce?

Was waiting in the tools area after pressing the notification button and had no one come to help me the whole 10minutes. Ended up to leaving because I saw 4 workers just walk by me and not ask me if I needed help and I even saw the gentleman helping someone on the adjacent isle get something from the lock cabinet but then walked by my isle looked at me and then just kept walking by. Great customer service.

This review is for the Regal Nails Salon located inside the Walmart, near the pharmacy entrance. I was shopping for random house things and as I exited, I saw the salon. I've seen it many times before but am usually in a rush. Today though was a more relaxed day and I was able to see their prices posted at their entrance. They have a manicure and pedicure special for $50, but all I needed was a pedicure. Their basic pedicure for $35 comes with nail trim, cuticle clean up, massage, and hot towel. It was such a nice relaxing experience. My esthetician asked if I wanted a callous removal for $5 and I said yes. I'm glad that she discussed prices with me up front. She was thorough in the process. I really liked that she took her time to fix my cuticles so it looks really nicely shaped. She gave me my little foam slippers and got to work. She added a base coat, my pinky nude polish that I picked, a top coat and I was all done in 30 min! She didn't make me feel rushed to leave. She had me move over to a manicure table so that my toes could dry up more before I left. And when I paid with card, it was just $40. No tax! But also no option to add tip to the transaction, so I went out to the self checkout to buy a pack of gum and get change. For $40 and 30 min of time it was good work. My only complaint was that she sloughed off my skin, not callous during the removal. And she buzzed off some of my skin during the cuticle part. But those were tiny mistakes that didn't hurt too much or cause blood so no big deal. Will definitely go back for more pedis here :)

Could have just been a bad day, but terrible wait times for an associate to unlock the electronics section. Not lines, that wouldn't be their fault. They just couldn't find anyone to unlock a door for over 30mins.couldnt find anyone who was supposed to be in the electronics section (even a manager I guess).

The worst place ever to try and get a hold of an associate. I've called 7 times and no answer. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE BC THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. Time is money and that I'll never get back

For some reason, they've assigned a singular person in charge of the keys to the locked products. If you click your heels three times, they appear after a decade if you're patient, look you right in the eyes, flip you the bird, then disappear. That is the most accurate description I can wholeheartedly give you as far as waiting for someone to unlock a case for you at this god-forsaken back rooms fun house.

Daniel in electronics said he couldn't help me check out unless I had electronics as he was instructed by his manager. I had four small items and my toddler with me. I also asked for help with getting a bike, since they are all locked up now. His response "bikes are not his jurisdiction" lol I asked him to call the manager so I could speak with him and his response "nah, I don't think I'll do that". Haha I called the store so I could talk to a manager and the operator response when I told her I was standing in electronics and wanted to talk to a manager "well, I'll see if I can get one down there." Ahaha At least the customer service is consistent. Nobody is going to stop shopping there and that includes me, but it made for a real entertaining and disappointing shopping experience. Cheap wins lol

Solely to the automobile (mechanic shop out back) department. I was riding around the hood on my electric bike, and got a flat. Went into wally world to buy a new inner tube and quickly changed it in the parking lot. Alas! I still needed air. So I went to the shop out back with my newly fixed tire and got the attention of a young man with darker complexion and some what curly hair. I told him my bike couldn't breath, it needed air. He quickly gave my tire cpr and I was good to go. I tired leaving him a tip and he refused, saying it was literally nothing and karma is real, that he was glad to help. CEO Doug McMillon, this young man needs a raise! Too many people are quick to imply that it's not their problem. Not that kid, wish I grabbed his name. 10/24/23, around noon.

Stopped in for a birthday card. None of the cards have envelopes. If you ask an employee what's up with the envelopes, they say they don't work for hallmark. No help at all. Left to find a drug store.

Zero regard for people's time at the tire center or trying to make something right out of something that caused a customer to be wronged. Wife went to get tires made an appointment over a week prior and showed up this morning and was turned away because not enough people were at work. I totally understand people calling out and maybe things need to be shuffled it happens but no phone call nor notification before she arrived that this was happening. Whoever was working there was calling her while she was already there waiting and wasnt told until 25 min after the appointment time that they wouldnt be able to get to it, if they had called earlier then fine theyre doing their best and making do with what they got. But, i find it a little hard to believe that she couldn't have been notified sooner that they'd be short staffed until 25 min after her appointment slot. Didn't offer to waive one or two tires install fees or anything for the inconvenience and mess up on their part. ?
