We made an appointment for 9 am this morning for tires, then waited for an hour and a half to be told that it will be longer. We made an appointment because we have a schedule so we decided to leave, before leaving they requested we paid for the tires so they've be reserved for tomorrow'a appointment. When asked if they were certain we were told "Of course". If your word and my appointment wasn't important enough today why should I expect it to be important tomorrow. Tired of excuses why service is non-existent and what your problems are! I just want tires at the time I requested them. And of course the store manager is no help.

This is a huge Walmart. It has most anything you need. The workers there on the floor are just OK. Too many items behind glass with locks. I'm sure unlocking cases all day on top of doing the job alone means more pressure on employees. I'm giving 4 stars because I feel thieves are responsible for many of their problems.

I say kudos to the huge improvement in the curbside pickup department. After a few ridiculously bad experiences, I was about to give up on this store. But my schedule and budget keep me trying again. My 5 stars are solely based on my most recent visit. I hope they can keep up the great service improvement.

Loss prevention tactics are getting out of hand. Batteries and laundry soap both went under lock and key in the past month, so I grabbed the items at Target since I had other things that I needed to buy there anyway. At this point, I'm not even sure whether Walmart even cares about the traditional shopping experience. Maybe the end game is to get people out of their stores and onto their website for pickup and delivery orders. All I know is that they are taking incremental steps in the wrong direction when it comes to their brick and mortar stores.

For someone visiting from California this place was huge !Garden section, auto section and space within aisles to move. No pun intended !The biggest surprise was no/minimal checking of goods at the door, parking was easy to find.The staff is really helpful, I was given a 50% discount for a slightly damaged packing even without asking so all in all great experience.

Long wait time for pickup. 10+ minutes upwards to 45 minutes. Notification says "order picked up" meanwhile no one came to my car. app is annoying to use and spams W+ subscription sign up. Self checkout takes way too long. Store is often crowded. employees always seem stressed and unhappy. Some products are locked up, hard to find someone to open the case. Shipping service is usually quick. Low prices. Good selection of food. Credit card offers a high cash back for purchases.

Did a Walmart pickup, and the link to leave the two associates a review isn’t working. So! I just wanted to leave Ed and Brandy (so sorry if I misspelled names) a five star review! They are great! Fast and efficient, they had really great customer service.Brightened my morning ☀️

Im walmart shopper i buy all my stuff in Walmart but i get chair was very small so i try to return back still have tag never used associate couldn't return it i ask for maneger she walk in with so angry and talk very rude here name was NayaI saw sign in Walmart on wall in customer service talk about we return and make customer happy !!!!!Never back to Walmart anymore Walmart not make customer happy with manager like her she dose not care about customerSorry for Walmart

Most of the staff is very helpful and courteous. Julie in customer service is not very customer service oriented. She seems irritated with doing her job and has no sense of urgency. I wasted 2 hours trying to get a patio set just to be given the run around and no one to help get it out to my truck. The garden center representative was more concerned with playing on his phone than providing customer service. Julie from customer service refused to assist in helping me ring out but after figuring it out on my own and paying, she stopped what she was doing and escorted me back to the garden center to ensure I had paid for the patio set and not taken it before she could issue me a refund. Keep in mind, I paid for it and waited over an hour for assistance that never came so I requested a refund. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I requested to speak with a manager and that never happened. No concern or care for the customer.

Walmarts are getting worse day by day! Besides terrible service from employees! This whole self check out nonsense needs to go! We don't work there to check out our items! Only one lane open with cashier during busy hours, that forces you to use self check out, over crowded with people don't know how to properly use it, especially when someone is purchasing alcohol, wait for some useless teenager to show up that's old enough to help you the purchase and then wait some more for someone over the age to show up to complete the purchase! What a nightmare to shop here... I refuse to shop there again, saving few cents is not worth the headache.. Go shop elsewhere.

Walmart is Walmart... it suits my family needs. Every once in awhile you run in to interesting people at Walmart. Jimmy JJ Walker for Good Times!! He had a nasty additude when asked was he Jimmy Walker. ????

Waited in parking lot for over an hour. Called number on pickup area signage. Employee that answered said he does not know when items I ordered will be out. I asked the other employees making deliveries and they said they will check. Waited another 20 or so minutes and gave up. 5 minutes letter I get an email that my items have been picked up. It wasn't me. Spent another 30 minutes on online chats with two employees that asked me to return items. In "one ear and out the other" as they say. I can't return anything that I have not received. They finally said to go back to store. Forget that. I tried calling first and just get being hung up on after selecting option 4 (online orders and pickup) or option 0 (operator). Easier just to do a chargeback if my card gets charged.

It was clean and nice. But just like all the other Wal-Marts lately. The only way you get checked out is if you do it yourself. Then they want to check your recipe at the door. I work all day, to just go there and work some more for free.

I came into make a money order for my bill and I was short $25.00. Frances the Money Service cashier was very rude and said I could not make another money order due to Walmart store policies. She showed no empathy or compassion. I asked for a Manager. I waited over 30 minutes and William came out of office. I informed him what Frances said, he went to research it. He came and apologized for the inconvenience. I went back in line to make my money order and Frances apologized in a sassy way. Admit your wrong! Next time ask questions before giving wrong information to customers! Your a 10 year veteran who acts like you know it all . Humble yourself
