Just moved in, from reading the reviews I don’t see none of this happening. If there are issues they are actively cleaning it up. I chose a fully renovated unit and have had minor problems in which maintenance responded next day. There are cameras all over the property and security actually does walk throughs.. I get the alerts on my blink camera daily. The agent who leased me my unit was Reyna and she was very helpful and professional! I recommend getting a fully renovated unit. Thanks Reyna!

0 stars. When I moved into my new apartment water leaked through the door when it rained. Half the outlets didn’t work. And the tub needed resurfacing every week. Which they require full access to the apartment and recommend no pets cause it’s super toxic. Highly inconvenient.
They have fire alarm tests early in the morning. And search warrants late at night. You’ll be eating dinner and hear police at your neighbors door.
The residents are nice and mind their business but the office is a disorganized mess that will make leaving nearly impossible.
My 60 day notice was “lost” and by the time I rechecked with them I had lost the copy so they charged me 2,000
I also left the apartment pristine and took pictures for proof, gave them the keys and left. They charged me 800 for “damages” which I was happy to dispute with my proof. What they don’t mention is if you’re not there for the final walk through of the apartment then you can’t file a dispute . They make sure you’re at a disadvantage, read the lease fully. You’ll be leaving these apartments much poorer than when you came in .

First night I moved in my window was smashed in. When I asked the security guards if they noticed they said, “that’s crazy, I just did my round over there. I didn’t see it.” Come to find out they don’t have cameras, they’ll insist they do, they’re lying. The only ones are for the office because they don’t care about the residents and our property or rights considering what they charge us for .

Nine moths here , and I just signed my new lease for a year.

So close to everything that matters in las Vegas .
Bugs? What bugs? Unless you bring them with you ..
I really like the fact that the whole property is fenced...
24/7 security at the front entrance.
I feel safe and happy.
The swimming pool is super nice (two of them)
The gym has a punching bag!!
The laundry machines text you when is time to pick up!!!
I could not be happier here

Don't even think about it!
They don't even deserve one star.
After being gone for few days, someone broke into and slept in my bed while I was gone!!! Naturally, stole my items.
Yes they outsource security, but didn't work in my case.
When you move out, management will have plenty of excuses to charge you around $1000.
Seasoned Uber drivers will question why you're staying at this place, and have plenty of horror stories regarding it.

Genuinely disappointing, hosed my dad and I out of $180 of "application fees".... And said we only had the option to pay 6 months fully up front? WHO CAN AFFORD THAT??? hustlers, scammers, and liars. they will give you subpar service with half of the information any other leasing office would give up front. Wasted 3 days of our time. Management is incompetent. Harmon at 370 contributes to the LV homeless epidemic and poverty. disgusting.

I have been given a timely service for the particular kind of apartment I wanted.. and by the work of Marcus in the front office he made it happen he has given me a great transfer from my old unit to a bran new unit.. and it was worth the wait. This property.. is located in a great area.. Thanks

If u want to rent from here.....DON'T!!!! The AC/heat unit is in the living room. There is NO air in the bedroom. No, it's not central heat and air. It's a unit in the living room. 2nd of all, this apartment complex goes into your apartment without permission. No warning, nothing. Come home from work and TADA things are moved around and lights left on that were turned off when we left for work. They even went into our fridge and left it open for several hours. Needless to say, food did spoil. Rent elsewhere this place does not care about you. They say the crime rate is down 63% (by copying wording from a news article over a year ago). Meanwhile, they're moving a dead body off the property on the Down Low!!! If you're smart, you will rent elsewhere. FYI: THERE ARE NO MAILBOXES NOR REGULAR MAIL HOURS. IF YOU WORK A 9-5 JOB, U WONT EVEN BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MAIL!!! Already notified the state postmaster!!! POOL RULES SAY NO LOUD SPEAKERS AND YET EVERY NIGHT.......AS YOU CAN HEAR FROM THE VIDEO, SOMEONE BRINGS OUT A LOUD SPEAKER WITH GHETTO MUSIC SUPER LOUD!!!!! I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING WRONG WITH MY AIR OTHER THAN THAN THERE IS ONLY 1 UNIT IN THE LIVING ROOM AND ITS HOT IN THE BEDROOM SINCE THERE IS NO AIR THERE. SO STOP Harmon at 370 AKA HARBOR ISLAND!!
