Please believe the reviews it's a line almost to the door and only 2 tellers . 1 person walking the floor not doing anything . 1 person sitting behind on the desk just keeps looking at the line get longer and longer still won't get up and help . I don't come here often so I don't remember it being this way but maybe this is why I don't come often . No help at all

Just an absolutely terrible branch and poor planning all around by the company. They close the next nearest location so you have to come here, an obvious indicator your foot traffic will increase, and yet you go in and they have one teller during lunch hour of all times. You look around and no eye contact of course from any of the other employees who are acting like the big line to the door doesn't exist. Zero consideration all around from the people who work there to the company itself.

After standing in line for 25 min with only 2 employees at the counter, one of which is also taking care of the drive-thru, I was told there isn't a Notary workingtoday. I have 3 Business Accounts with Wells Fargo yet they don't have a Notary so I can conduct business??!?! The staff has always been great but they obviously need more.

Arrived at the drive-thru teller today at 4:52p. The branch closes at 5p. There were 3 cars ahead of me; one of them being a pick-up truck. When I arrived at the teller window, they told me they were closed and wouldn't service me. I needed to make a simple deposit and withdrawal. The teller went and got the supervisor/manager who asked me what type of transaction I wanted to make. I told her of the "simple" transaction I wanted to do. They claimed that I wasn't in the line prior to them closing. I explained that if I wasn't in the line, I would not have been able to tell them what cars were ahead of me. She (the manager) proceeded to tell me that I could use the ATM, but I told her that the ATM doesn't disperse $10 bills, but she claimed I could do it.So, I left from the window and went to the drive-thru ATM, and just like I told her, it does not disperse $10 bills. It only gave options of $20s & $50s.I was NOT a pleased customer this day.For the time they spent talking to me, they could have completed my transaction.

There is never a banker in the building to help. Typically only 1 teller while 2 or 3 others are seen but don't help no matter how long the line is. Today I went in for a cashiers check and the excuse was that their printer ran out of ink ... yesterday!! Terrible customer service.

I closed my account here for one reason. Fraudulent charges. You would think with all the cyber fraud the would have a better system. No the Manager named Shauna well lost then hung up in my face. After 8 years of banking with them I’m done. Mind you I’m a disabled Veteran just no respect.

The team here has been rude and inappropriate. My dad goes through the drive thru to get a cashiers check, but the teller immediately tells him she can't do that with attitude. He goes around to park and tries to get in. The man with a black beard comes in and asks why he's here? Threatens to call the cops because he didn't like his attitude. Tells him he doesn't need to come inside for a cashier check. But let's a white man go in with no questions asked. Why, because he's a half black and Asian man? Is he scared of people of color that are frustrated? My dad hops back into the car and we go through the drive thru again. This guy runs from the front and tells the teller not to serve him. This man is insane, and we feel racially profiled. Our entire family banks with Wells Fargo. Until we see a change in how they serve their customers of color, we will be switching our personal and commercial accounts.

I am so incredibly disappointed with this branch. My dad who has been a loyal customer of Wells Fargo for more than 20 years was there for a cashier's check. He is half black and half Asian, and his black side is quite noticeable especially in his skin tone. He went through the drive thru like most people would due to the current pandemic situation we're in and was told by the lady that he would need to come in to do that. My dad then proceeded to drive up and park and knocked on the doors since there was no one in sight. After waiting for 5 minutes, some guy finally opened the door. He gave my dad attitude from the beginning, asking why he had to come in. My dad explained the situation, but the man kept repeatedly asking why he had to come in to do that after he was literally only following the instructions of the lady. My dad finally got frustrated and, reasonably so, said, "look I don't want to have to go inside either but this is what that lady told me". The guy took it as a bad attitude and decided to show some attitude back saying that they couldn't help him here after he had literally just welcomed an older white gentlemen into the establishment without even blinking an eye or thinking to ask HIM any questions. He shut the door on my dad and when my dad tried knocking again, the guy threatened to call the police on my dad FOR SIMPLY TRYING TO RECEIVE SOME SERVICE AND DOING WHAT THE TELLER TOLD HIM TO DO. Finally my dad just decided to get back in the car and go back through the drive thru to speak with the same female teller. The male worker got to her first and whispered something in her ear. As soon as he got to the window, she basically told my dad that they wouldn't be able to help him here. My dad had to go somewhere else to finally be serviced for something a bank should be able to do. You would think that all people of all races should be treated with the same respect and dignity as everyone else, especially during this political climate. I am truly disappointed with this establishment. They obviously do not uphold the same morals and values that our family does. What a disgrace these people are for treating others solely based on the color of their skin. My father has been through enough racism as it is in his lifetime and to be treated this way is absolutely unacceptable. Disgusting.

Yesterday my father in law went to the drive thru at this Wells Fargo for a cashiers check. When getting to the window, the women working was giving my father in law attitude, unwilling to help, and told him he can't do that at the window, he would have to come in. My father in law, said okay, parked the car and went up to the front door of the bank for it to be locked. After knocking and waiting for about 5 mins, a male worker comes around to unlock it, doesn't let him in and starts asking him what he wants and what he needs, why do you have to come in!? While they were talking, some random older white guy walks in no problem, no questions asked, workers didn't have a single problem with him. After going back and forth, my father in law says, "look I don't want to come in either, I was just told by the women at the window that I had to come in for a cashiers check." The male worker said that he can't help him even though they let in the random white guy. After that my father in law just left, and went to a different bank to finish his errand. My father in law is half Korean and black, he's lived through hard, racist times in Korea, and then when he moved here to the states. It's absolutely disgusting that we are still living through a time where crap like this is happening to people!

If you can find a better bank to do business I would. Pulled up to drive through last person in the line and then the lady says sorry were closed. No cones! I just had a deposit and the manager behind girl was rude and said no. They said go to atm, explained we are a business and have multiple checks. Left work early to be here and it was 4:02 when I pulled up after car in front of me. I was there at 3:57. Such crap and can't wait for this to be all over and start finding a better bank that is not lazy. Shame on you Wells Fargo.

Seriously the worst bank. They just make up policies and go out of their way to be unhelpful. They also have a super low ATM withdrawal limit. Find a real bank and thank me later

This is not my normal branch, but they were very nice to me. They were very fast and efficient at their job and that's all that's really important to me.

The agents are always courteous and knowledgeable. It is always pleasant visiting this branch and we trust that we are in good hands
