So I was not impressed with this bank the first time I visited, and I left a bad review; they called me to ask if they can rectify the situation and they made an appointment for me, which Ithe soonest appointment I could get was bout 3 weeks out. The day before my appointment the guy called and acted like he didn't want to meet, and tried to resolve my issue over the phone; I asked if he could switch my account to a different type of account and he said oh, you want to find a way not to pay the fees? I said I get changed 10 dollars a month for my checking and 10 dollars a month for my saving when the account is below 500.00, so yes, I want to see if there is a cheaper way of doing business, because thats a hugh price for banking, 20.00 a month. He could not do anything for me over the phone, so I told him I really want to come in and change my accounts, so he agreed to keep the appointment. About 45 minutes before my appointment he called and left a message, in which he stated, that they had to close the office because somthing happened, but did not give the reason, other than nobody can come into the bank; he finished by saying, if you want to schedule another appointment please call back. I will not be going back; and I wont reschedule; this is a terrible office, nothing but hasles and disappointment and they can never seem to assist me with my banking business. I do not recommend this bank at all.

If I could give less, I would give it, terrible customer service, the lady who is there, Cinthia, customer service is terrible, as is the person who is serving at the desk, it takes more than 1 hour to serve people so as not to serve more, The lady's name is Cinthia, she can help, but she goes to have her coffee and then she goes out to serve whoever she wants. Terrible service. I have been with this bank for more than 10 years. But for them the client comes last, if they were interested in the client they would take it into account more.

this bank has some serious leadership issues. courtesy is not extended to customers, as their slogan on the wall promises. bank elsewhere.

There ATM bye the front door took 5$ from me. Said it was going to return items instead kept it. I know it's just 5$ but if it was 100$ it would have screwed me. I go inside and tell me to call a number. This bank literally stole from me need to Services your ATM more often so it dosnt screw people over.

Thanks to Donna and Guillermo, I live in Canada and was quite urgently requiring help to increase wire limits for business purposes. I traveled to Vegas for a hardware show and found an opportunity to come to this branch for that. Guillermo found me help from Donna and Donna helped me immediately with great patience and solved the problem perfectly and efficiently. Great thanks to them! This branch is very friendly and professional.

Costumer service is bad nobody really helps I have to wait 15 days for my check in the mail one says one thing another says different I called to have no issues with my account and that didn't help in speaking with a representative ??♀️?♀️

I have been with Wells Fargo for I'm going to say 7 to 8 years this morning I had my dad go there I just needed him to deposit 30 40 bucks cash money in my account they denied him so I called into my Branch verify who I am and that it's okay for my dad to put cash money in my account the woman still said no it doesn't happen that way you would accept money order and not cash money but a financial institution but you'll accept the money order that he can put in my account I'm not understanding this I've tried I'm not understanding this please explain this to me

Worst service ever.Tellers are unmotivated. Very very Long wait. They just don't care. Wells Fargo would improve customer service if they replaced all their terrible tellers with automatons..... or AI, or machines.

The customer service person asked me the reason for my visit. I explained my banking issues, and since I have been banking with Wells since 1997, I expected to have issues resolved on my visit in person. Then, the bank employee told me I could take care of those issues over the phone or online since they were short staff. They claimed to be short staff when 2 bank employees are casually conversing at their cubicle. Why does this Wells branch have a greeter and open on this day when they turn away customers and tell to do it on the phone or online and in the greeters words "under staff"?

SLOW!!!!!!! Not enough workers to meet the demand of clients. There were only 3 tellers and a line almost out the door and no sense of urgency.
