Calling to try to arrange for a simple wire transfer I'm told there's no one available to help me today and the bank is closed on Monday for President's Day. When I was told this was necessary for a real estate transaction I got no accommodation whatsoever. We have been customers of Wells Fargo and its predecessors for over 60 years

I use Wells Fargo for my banking needs, I think they are a good bank regardless of their history and I enjoy banking there, at the one I go to it's usually busy and there's usually no parking place but you don't have to wait to long, the ATMs can be busy also, so is the drive through, inside the customer service representatives are helpful and courteous, sometimes there's a wait but not for too long, I will continue to bank here unless something serious happens, I have direct deposit so everything is a breeze.

I had an appointment yesterday and they couldn't resolve my need and they made me a new appointment for today, Thursday and the treatment was so unpleasant. He treated me so rudely and so contemptuously. JAVIER MOJARRO is a rude and despotic, he made me feel so humiliated. I asked him to speak to a manager and he rudely told me that I am the manager and he turned his back on me with a very rude attitude. The treatment in that branch is horrible!! and when I looked at the long list of people giving bad references I was convinced that it is A branch that no one should go to because the treatment is mediocre and very rude, even if you comply with the protocol of making an appointment, the treatment is terrible and humiliating!!

I just sat there for over 30 minutes. They will not take any walk ins. They added me to the waitlist, but then they said that all their 11 o’clock appointments already came in, which is understandable but at 11:07 she decides to tell me that they’re gonna wait for their 1130 appointments to show up when all I needed was a quick signature from the notary. The first woman who took my information was very polite, but the second lady was super rude, and you could tell she made it very apparent that she did not want to help anybody. She had a horrible attitude.

Went to this bank on a Saturday for the first time ever to deposit a large estate funds check to my mother's bank account. After a long wait in line, the teller proceeds to call and verify the check but says he can't because the bank that issued the check is closed. He took a copy of the check and my phone number and said someone would verify the check and call me. I came back on Monday at 3pm to deposit the check. I don't think anyone verified it, since the teller I met with on Saturday was there again and told me he was not able to reach anyone to verify it. The teller then proceeded to take another copy of the check and my phone number again. I get a call on Tuesday morning saying that they couldn't verify the check. That same day, I go to another Wells Fargo branch and they deposit the check, no questions asked and without calling to verify the check. Not sure if the staff here knows what they are doing at this location or if they have an internal policy to prevent them from transacting large amounts. All I know is, going to this location was a waste of time and I would not recommend this branch to anyone!

I went into open a checking account and was told that it would be a hour wait so I did and then the lady came out and told me that it's going to be at least another hour because of appointments but nobody else was there but me

The ada services here are poor.
At all the other wells fargo locations there is an ada line that Is attended to immediatly. While there is an ada window, At this location they make you wait as per bank clerk Javier .... not sure why?
Definitely won't be back to this location
I definitely recommend driving toward the mountain to the other wells fargo on Sloan AND Charleston.

If you are Not hispanic the staff will not assist you. I was even given a wells fargo card in spanish. You will be discriminated against. You were warned.
