My husband and i went to cash a check because we need it the money today and didn’t want to deposit on the app because it takes a business day to be available but the lady was super rude and instead of giving us the money she deposited the check when we clearly told her that we needed the money cash I don’t know if she was just new or was only trying to be rude to us and said we had to wait until tomorrow now to get the money because she deposited it . Like what?????? Please train your staff better

I was just charged a 10 dollar fee to cash a $120 dollar personal check that was written on from an account holder with them. Matter of fact the account holders late wife was one of their chief financial officers and administrators for 45 years with Wells Fargo Bank Barbara Gonzales. The CSR said their rates went up as of January 1st. I have never been charged anything to cash a personal check before especially for such a small amount. Plus there is no posted sign stating that this charge is in effect for non account holders. Years ago WFB charged me for over $600 in false fees and had to pay me back from a lawsuit when they got caught. Now they are back to their same shady tactics. Barbara is turning in her grave if she knew about this. I am contacting the CFPB today and filing a claim for this charge.

My husband and I came in for a name change. We were able to get our name change done and completed fairly easy. My husband and I were interested in getting new debit cards with our new name and a different style of card. I believe we met with Skylar who showed us different styles of cards and assured we could get new cards. Well it has been a little over a week and we received our new debit cards; and they are not the ones we chose. They are the plain red ones that we did not pick. Very upsetting since we work on the weekends and trying to physically go into Wells Fargo isn't that easy.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Skylar Hill today, for a name change. The appointment started right on time, which was great for my tight schedule today. Skylar was efficient, all while being very personable. His customer service skills were nothing short of superior.He is a true asset to the company! ?It was a great overall experience.

Wells Fargo disappoints yet again. This time the beneficiary account for people with Intellectual Disabilities was denied the ability to make a deposit....I wonder when they will live up to their own diversity statement and actually be a partner to people with Disabilities?

If I can put "0" I would. Whoever manages this bank needs to reevaluate all your employees. 2 male employees sitting down chatting, me thinking that's a customer but no that's just another employee talking about personal life without acknowledgment to any of the customers waiting. He looks at me up and down says "do you have an appointment?" I said no I didn't know I needed one but I'm glad I came up to you at ur desk to ask if I can get help? Very poor customers service here. And he judged by looking at me up and down as if I'm the problem coming up to him asking for help? I was very nice and if I had an appointment he could have asked and greeted me? Thank you for your time. Also look at the cameras shows clearly them not working. Needs better employees.
