Review:
This is by far the best Wells Fargo branch I've ever visited. The entire team was exceptionally kind, professional, and truly respectful of customers' time. I was deeply impressed by how efficiently and thoughtfully they helped everyone, including me.

Abel the branch manager comes up to me and asked me do you have an appointment. I’m shocked with surprised! I said I need an appointment to get serviced!?! He said yes, I only have 1 personal banker and it’s only by appointment. He then asked what do you need done today. I said I need to deposit a large check and update my name. I need to see someone and he said if you have the app you can book an appointment. I said I need to make a deposit and I can’t make it because it’s in my married name. He said yea all banks require appointments. Bank of America and all other banks. I said I used to work for Wells Fargo and I have never not serviced a customer. He said yea is been like this for some time. Well if he is the branch manager, you should help out if you only have 1 personal banker.
What horrible service. He didn’t even say, let me see what we can do for you today at a later time. He didn’t find a solution. Probably because I was not happy with his response but as a branch manager you find solutions especially when obviously I was shocked not knowing you need an appointment.
Do better! 2.7 rating explains why, I came here because this was one of the higher rating.

If you are Latino, prepare to be discriminated against in this bank just because they ask if you spoke Spanish, too much time to serve, they only spend time talking and laughing

They don't dance there. Garbage service.
The one called CLAUDIA PELAYO, who, according to the operations manager, is abusive, I came to withdraw my money that was already available in my account and she refused to give me a cashier check that I needed to take it to a dealership, giving me a stupid excuse and then I spoke to customer services they apologized for her and told me that I could use my debit card for the amount I wanted my cashier check what was the surprise that CLAUDIA PELAYO kept my funds and when I wanted to pass my card it was declined. And I have been with this bank for nine years now but today was my last day.
Don't go looking for another bank, these are abusive, horrible service.

called me to cancel appointment because the banker couldn't help me find a bank statement. they told me to call customer service. customer service made me the appointment in the first place because they couldn't help. peanut gallery, would not recommend. the atm works

Worse brunch , they have teller name Keiko who doesn’t know what she’s doing, I was with withdrawing money from my account and because of her whole process took 40 min she called back office , supervisor…….. wearing face mask so I could barely hear her ……..

The bank itself is a bank... they cleverly disguise ways to nickel and dime you like every other financial institution.The location, while the individual people are pleasant enough, is terrible. I've never seen more than 2/7 windows open, the service is terribly slow and it ruins my day each and every time I have the misfortune of needing to go inside. They make you schedule an appointment for almost anything that requires a conversation, so the window shouldn't take that long.

Worst consistent customer service ever! I almost closed down my account today. You would think the manager would provide better customer service, but unfortunately it was even worst.
