When you go in, you have to cover your nose. Can't the people who work there smell it? Please use air freshener to make it smell good. I've never seen a bank with such a dirty smell. I've visited it about five times, and this unpleasant smell is always hard. So I go now except for this closest place.

I went through the drive through at 3:30 and all the lights were red love how this place conveniently shuts down early by 30 mins!!!! Insane!!!!

Hi! In Nov 5 I opened Cd in this location, I told the banker which she told me works 9 year with this bank I would like to my interest each month goes to my checking after 1 month I found , she did not do what I asked her I talk to manager and she apologized to me and she promised me she fix the problem. Guess what 2 months later I can not have access to my interest form my Cd !I don’t recommend this location because they have the worst customer service.

I went to this location because I was unable to open my membership online I stood around because I didn’t know where to go so I opted to wait in the teller line so I could get some direction to which the teller asked me to wait in the lobby. A banker after 5 minutes came to see what I needed and I explained I wanted to see the status or if I could open my account to which the employee explained to me that I would need to come back another day and schedule an appointment stating that accounts are not reviewed after a certain time! The employee did not pull up any of my information and instead opted to disregard anything I said seemingly not wanting to do her job! I felt absolutely disrepesected and discarded for simply searching for an answer to open a checking account. Unacceptable customer service

The treatment in this bank is very bad... I arrived and sat down to wait for my turn, a bank approached me and told me that I had an appointment and I said no... I told him you can help me and he told me if you take a photo with your cell phone this page and we will send you a text when it is your turn, more than an hour has passed and another banker approaches and I wonder if they have attended me yet I told him I am not waiting for them to talk to me he told me let me see if my client comes and I wonder what you are doing and I tell him to open an account and he tells me business and I said not personal and he tells me now I'll be back after 10 min and he told me that they didn't treat me and I got angry and I told him why they didn't tell me since I registered and he He tells me I had another client, that's why I came to see but he's looking for another branch and I told him that this is closer to my house but with that service no longer thank you very much and he didn't even apologize

39 years w Wells and they have always treated me very well except once at the Rancho Santa Fe office in California. I'll never forget how rude they were. I'm sure it was because I wasn't a resident of the town. I've used several of Wells services and never pushy. Yes they are crowded but what bank isn't!
