This Wells Fargo never has a employee to help in walk-in non-cashier operations and even if you have an appointment plan on waiting, shame because they usually have extra work area with no one working; corporate should look into this poorly ran establishment. People should save time and travel to a different Wells Fargo, seriously so many other bad reviews of this store so avoid this location there is tow more worker seating in the chair to look it her in first table I don't know she manager she not let them work just she work and take long time with one customer I never came back with lazy customer service

AVOID THIS BRANCH IF YOU HAVE BUSINESS ACCOUNTS OR NEED A BUSINESS ACCOUNT!. The business banker rather sit there and do nothing rather than help a business custermer without an appointment. I needed to add someone to a business account and had them in another branch in another state. The other branch was very friendly and called over to this branches business banker who refused to even speak to them because I did not have an appointment. Take your business elsewhere!

Horrible..I mean the worst customer service. The gentleman in the first corner on the left need help with customer service. Signs for direction would help your customers that rarely go in to the establishment. Just notary information was needed, not being spoken to like an annoyance. Go in line for help.

My card had been ate at their ATM twice within months of each other.The first time I was able to insert my card and cash into the atm I hit complete and it said error never returned my cash nor my card. When I went inside they told me there was nothing they could do and if the atm at the end of the month wasn’t balanced I would get my money back. (I have yet to see that money)The second time happen today I went to pull out money I inserted my card again I got an error message and my card was never returned. I called the actually location to get a voicemail saying the do not answer phone calls at this location. I called customer service, she transferred me there to get the same message. I’m beyond frustrated that now I have to get ANOTHER replacement card and nothing was resolved, nor does any one seem to care. Do not useThe drive through atms.

never ready to work , poor service, another Wells Fargo branch (along with the one in spring mountain/Arville) that takes advantage of covid situation to always cancel appointments for services pretending they re short staff because of covid ..covid is long over . get to work and stop scanning and filtering services ...poor management .

I'll tell you what, location to location you are going to get a hit or miss. I've had the pleasure of working with Richard. The struggle is real if you are trying to pay the bank and they make it difficult as possible to get you to pay. My extreme circumstances didn't help either. Though waiting over 2 months to get things resolved just made me go in a location. This gentleman helped me throughout the process in one day. So thank you finally get this of my chest. Good person here not saying all of the staff here are good but Richard is the one.

Good location and love the drivethru. One suggestion which is a safety issue: The machine is slow at counting deposits. Could get robbed twice waiting for it to count!
