Moved to Vegas about a year ago, had used a regional bank in Iowa for many years prior. Was fearful of switching to a huge national bank like Wells Fargo but did it anyway. To start, Wells would not release our transferred funds from old account to new for a week. Secondly, they are running a sign up incentive program for new accounts in which $300 is credited to your account IF AND ONLY IF you notify the personal banker at the time you sign up of your desire to partake in this offer. We had not seen offer before entering bank, signed up for checking/savings accounts and started the deposit process before realizing there was an offer available. Wells would not honor their online offer and we did not get the $300. As feared, big banks suck and Wells is no exception!

I walked into the branch today to possibly open a new account. I was one of only three customers in the building and I could see many employees scattered around. But the teller told me they had no one who could answer my questions. I briefly spoke with another employee on the way out who grabbed the manager because I guess she thought the manager had time for me...I don't know but I didn't ask for the mgr. The reason for the review is that the manager acted like asking them to answer questions was putting them out in some way. When the manager rolled her eyes at me and told me she would try to answer my questions I knew I was in the wrong bank and left. First time I've ever gone anywhere where they didn't want my money.

I've always found this branch to be quite helpful, in part because it's rarely crowded. They again were willing to help me today with a special request (I needed clean bills for gifts), by Brenda in this case.I know WF has had a bad reputation due to corporate policies, but the people here are very helpful to the extent they're given the flexibility. So the positive review is really about the people at this branch, not WF as a major corporation.

Service fees are insane. Changed my accounts without any notice so they can charge more fees. Stay away.

The Customer service there is a complete joke. Their Service Manager Lyn was Rude and doesn't look like she cares about clients. She was argumentative over spelling of a check and then refused to allow us to Depost (Not even Cash) it when we showed her that we have done so in the past she responded with "I'm not going to allow it" and walked away. What a complete waste of time. I've been wells fargo client for years and they need to get some training sessions in that branch asap or just shut it down! They have 2 Tellers and 1 receptionist in there and they all act like they don't care if you wait or not. I'll go to another branch before I ever comeback here
