Upon coming in, I went the tellers because there wasn't a clear check in/waiting area for appointments. After waiting a few minutes the teller told me to go "over there and check in with her". "Her" was a lady named Angelique who was chatting with two people in the "waiting room" that was made up of two whole chairs. Angelique made me wait until she was finished with her conversation with some random people. When it suited her she asked me what I needed, I explained I was here for an appointment. She then made a remark about me being late. I corrected her. She then tells me that Wells Fargo doesn't even offer what I booked the appointment for. BOO, WELLS FARGO. I clearly wrote in my booking notes what I was here for and little miss Angelique can't even give me a courtesy call?

This branch is something else. This was the only closest back I could find I needed ti break my 50 bill. The lady in the counter asked me if I am an account holder, I said no. She said she could only give me 20's. It's a bank, I am not asking for all kind of change denomination, just to break a $ 50 bill.

Daniel Zacatenco helped me with my name change once I got married. He was a pleasure to deal with. He also asked me about my financial plans and goals. I wasn't expecting that so it was a nice surprise. I got so much more accomplished than I had originally set out to. I know it's not the best area, but that doesn't mean there is a shortage of kind people working inside. Thanks again, Daniel.

So not only are they not letting customers in without an appointment, they are making everybody sit in a long a*** slow a** drive thru. No ATM, I cant go in and speak to a teller and the other wells fargo that says it's open is actually closed. Who has gas to sit in a long a** bank drive thru. It's only two car lines. This is about to take all day. If your tellers are behind a big a** bullet proof glass window and all of your customers have to wear a mask and stand 6 feet apart, then why all the damn trouble. No one has moved. I cant with wells fargo. Anytime you make it hard to access MY money, it's a rap. #changingbanks

This is one of the WORST bank SERVICES you can get from this lactation, If I could leave 0 starts I would they have that deserved. Not to mention HORRIBLE Customer service Wendy Ramirez gives when being talked to ignores you completely that was disrespectful, when you are trying to ask her she answers with a complete different thing.

Wells Fargo is taking me to court over an overdraft fee that I left unpaid from over 10 years ago. Before 2009 I had an account with Wells Fargo. I had just gotten a new job, and was getting paid and decided to take $20 out of my account the same day that the paycheck was getting deposited. I checked to make sure that the balance was there, and later discovered that transaction caused an overdraft fee. I called to dispute the over draft fee, but after speaking to a manager I was told that I shouldn't have been spending Wells Fargo's money. I refused to do any more business with Wells Fargo after that. Today, I woke up to a phone call from the Falcon Group who are acting on behalf of Wells Fargo. I was told that Wells Fargo is now suing me for the amount of $1,400 but are willing to settle out of court for roughly $300. I decided to let them take me to court.

Worst drivethru bank experience. "Karina" is rude and slow. The lines inside the bank are long because everyone avoids dealing with the drivethru. I USE TO do business here every month, but Im gunna change that up.

Wells Fargo is by far the best bank I've been with this far. Their super friendly, helpful, it's like they're working for me instead of me just being a customer. Thanks Wells Fargo for keeping me and my money very safe, thanks for all you do!

The customer service is great! Noelle always goes above and beyond to help me make my deposits. Only getting 4 stars because the manager tried telling me my deposits were to large in a very rude manner. No one else has ever had this problem when I swing by. Luckily Noelle doesn't care about the size of my deposits and is always super sweet and speedy with her service.

Don't bank at wells Fargo at all! Worst bank to bank with. Came in to close an account and the next day I got an overdraft fee for withdrawing my own money! Really?! Had to come back the next day and waste my time because had to fix this. Jessica Orozco, tried to help me but she was more focused in talking down to me, (she calls it educating) then being apologitic for the inconvenience they brought. Only credit I can give is they refunded the overdraft fee. Their customer service is soo horrible and see no drive for improvement that both times I went for the closing of my account, they didn't inquire why I'm closing my account. Oh well. I guess they haven't re-established in 2018 like their new slogan
