I used to like this location, and it was my main branch until some other employees moved on and changed the whole atmosphere of the place. They forgot that we are their clients, and they are supposed to be nice and helpful, not thinking they are doing us a favor by providing service. Tristy and Juan (if those are their names) are terrible in customer service and have a bad attitude when we visit at the end of the day, even when there are still 15 minutes left before the bank closes. I asked a bank employee if he could help me, and he said yes, but when I got to the cashier, Juan told me there's no one available to assist me, contradicting what the banker had initially promised. Juan had to call the banker to confirm if he would indeed help me. Additionally, when I asked questions to Tristy, instead of answering them, they made it seem like my questions were dumb. I won't return to this place unless the manager addresses this issue by taking action against these employees. Only then will I'll be removing this review.

I went there today with my family , to get a notaries document , they told us to do walk in to talk to a banker , I asked if there a waiting time , he won't give me any details , he was like we don't know you have to wait maybe for 3 hours , and we saw bankers with empty places they had no clients , waiting for nothing , the people there are so rude , zero service and after that we went to Tropicana Wells Fargo location , I swear it was the same two bankers waiting for clients , not even 5 min we get everything done without an appointment. If you are looking for a good service and fast goo to 10090 W Tropicana Ave best location ever !!

I would give a zero star review if I could. The people that work at this bank are so rude and act like they are doing a big favor for allowing you to bank at their location. I've been with Wells Fargo for 20 years and this location is by far the worst. The manager Julio is horrible and the teller Yeni is worse. Extremely passive aggressive and rude. I do help management wakes up and re-trains their staff! I am contacting the regional office to let them know in case they are interested in their customers experience.. and I hope they take action although my guess is neither will be there much longer.

I don't often review businesses like banks. I like to stick to restaurants, but I feel after my visit today this warranted a review. I have banked with them for 10 years. I seldom need on site bank services. Most of my banking is done online. On this rare occasion I needed to make a wire transfer that I was having difficulty doing online. I came in to ask for help. However because the quantity was too low they refused to help me. They simply said use the app, after I told him I had difficulties they offered no solution. There seemed to be a sense of apathy with all the personnel I was dealing with. I will have to say that every time I do come in here it is like pulling teeth to get anything done in a timely manner. This has to be the largest group of lazy, apathetic people I've dealt with in a long time. An embarrassment to my neighborhood and unfortunately to my culture as well. After I'm done with my necessary transactions, I'm going to change my direct deposit to another account and close this one. In case you're wondering they won't care that I left.

I use to swear by Wells Fargo, that was until back in 2016 to 2018 I had a fall out with this retarded bank. So back in 2016 I had just become a Law Enforcement Officer for the State of Nevada and was using Wells Fargo for everything. During the month of I believe June or July, I went with my wife to deposit my check and her check through the drive through. While waiting a vehicle next to us was a young female in her early 20s depositing as well. The next day I saw in my bank account two checks that were not mine deposited into my account. Now I immediately called the bank which no bs folks gave me the girls personal phone number, apartment address / location, and even her moms info / social security number. Now before I go on, mind you I have no access to this kind of personal information and I did not request this as I am not the bank who made the mistake at all nor did I mention I am a Officer for the State. Immediately after being told this I asked the girl at the bank I went to why she was having me write this down and she no lie told me, so that way I could make contact with her and let her know her money was deposited into my account, so she can file a claim to get it back out of my account as it was between my account and hers. . . . Shady! So thinking the banks knows best I contacted the girl via phone and told her who I was and how I obtained her number and information. She was beyond understanding and also very understandably scared due to what the bank had just done. I told her I did not request it and etc. I told her she should call an attorney and call the bank.Well she I know she called the bank as the Joke of a Fraud Department called me. As some female rep from the fraud Department called she began asking me how the money was put into my account acting as if I had some meaningful way of even doing this lol. She then proceeded to tell me not to call the girl again and that to let them handle from this point forward. I laughed and told the rep off and told her I as a Officer do not work for you and do not answer to you and what you all did was beyond ridiculous. To even call me and point blame, I didn't even know who to speak to as I told her I spoke to the primary bank manager and they could've handled this, they could've given me a phone number to call the proper Department in regards to this mess that they did. As the rep was trying to ask me how I obtained this information I immediately stopped her and said would you like to listen to the voice recording you all claim to do and also my own as I made sure to cover my own rear! She shut her mouth, so fast and I just said I am done playing games with this pos as she was a snob the entire time over the phone. This bank simply will never be trusted by my family, friends, and even co-workers who use to bank here as they banked here when this all unfolded. When this took place and I told them the story and even had them listen to the recording they pulled their accounts and went elsewhere.

Made an appointment a week ago for a business account when I walked In didn't feel welcomed.when the girl told Stacy who my appointment was with "if she was ready " she said give me a second and then quickly stated she was ready she guessed! I laughed it off no big deal. now I am new to this I might've not had all of my documents prepared for today but I came to the bank looking for advice on how to open a business account she barely was listening to me talk didn't seem very interested then told me to go back to the person who's been doing my taxes for two years and ask them what would be best for me to open up at the bank she didn't give me any advice she referred me to the Wells Fargo website I literally left in tears I am probably just going to close my Wells Fargo account and open up account at a different bank I see why it had terrible reviews so if you get Stacy I would ask for someone else who might be interested.

This (4075 Fort Apache Road) location is doesnt even deserve 1 star. They racially profile me. I went there to open a business account which I had already started online. I had appointment with Ruth Martinez. I was in sweats and hoodie and you can tell by way she looked at me up and down that she racially profile me. ( if your black you know when your being racially profile) . I gave her my id , bank card and business license. Ruth looks at my business license and see that I have several dba (doing business as) names on it and said she can't do it because more than one business name on it. She didn't know I had already sent it in to the business department when I did application online and they said it was good. Ruth goes ask manager at branch and I hear them talking about (does he look like he's pulling a scam) etc. she comes back and said I've never seen business license with more than one business name on it. Keep in mind she's a Sr. Business Banking specialist. This is a business license from the State of Nevada , some people own more than one businesses. She called the business department at Wells Fargo and she keeps looking at it like its fake . I had tax ID paper from the irs in my business name and all. Finally I told her to give me back my stuff and I left. They lost out on me opening my account and the 50k cash I was going to deposit. I went to a different wells Fargo branch a day later and opened a business account with same paperwork . Dont go to this location at all. Ruth Martinez should be fired!!!!

With all this Covid nonsense, you would think they would have more then one person working the drive thru. Can't go inside, so it takes 1 hour to get through the drive thru

I walked over after lunch next door as it's not possible to drive and otherwise I had to drive all around. I walked up to a drive through. There's several of which two ATMs. There was no wait.

10am on a Thursday I went in to get change for my business. Asked for $100 in $1 bills they said we are out of $1s someone took them all yesterday.......Y E S T E R D A Y and now it's the following day 10am. Wouldn't you figure out a way to get some $1 bills seeing as you are a BANK? First off I called b******* and second I just walked out. Been doing business banking with WF for almost 10 years but this is the last straw. I'll just go to BofA or Chase, at least until they tell me they ran out of money lol. Wtf.
