Darlene is a great person, the way she helps you and speaks makes you feel welcome, and always with a gentle smile on her face.

I had a horrible experience with Darlene, the bank teller and Armando, the Supervisor. What could have been a 10 minute transaction to withdraw funds, took approximately an hour and a half due to poor communication and unwillingness to verify information with myself, the customer. After 30 minutes, I was told I would not be able to withdraw my personal funds which have been sitting in my account for a few days due to their “inability to verify funds” on their end. Despite them “calling other supervisors, banks” I was told to come back a few days later. Despite me asking what I can do on my end to resolve the situation because it is urgent, they said “ there’s nothing for me to do and I would need to come back on Monday”
5 minutes later, I re-entered the branch after I found my receipt of a previous transaction to “verify my funds” which they did not originally ask for. Armando then had brought me into his office to resolve the issue and was able to process my request.
Why could this not have occurred in the first place? I wasted an hour and half of my weekend due to poor customer service and poor communication. Armando said he would communicate with Darlene and I hope that he will follow through on the communication/education. They both need to receive updated customer service lessons. Horrible Experience at this location.

I was a walk in, I needed help with an IRA distribution form.
Efrain was able to help me get it filled out before his next appointment.
He is dedicated to helping the customer.

Very good customer service.
I opened a checking at this branch with Armando and he was very professional and courteous. The manager Tamara sat in to and was very kind and professional.

I walked into the bank to meet with a banker regarding a business account that I had just opened. I sat in the waiting area and was very quickly greeted by a woman who came out of the office in the front of the bank. She asked me what I needed. I explained what I needed. She graciously walked over to the only banker working, chatted briefly, and came back to tell me the banker would meet with me as soon as she was done with her current client. Great, now worries. I after waiting 30 minutes, a gentleman came out of the back room of the bank and asked what I needed. I explained what I needed to him and he responded that the bankers were all booked for the day. I told him that I had already been told by the banker that she would work with me after completing her current task. He responded with "she is knew and does not know how to do what you need". I expressed my frustration at waiting 30 minutes to now find this out and he responded I can help you schedule with another banker at a different Wells Fargo... he was completely indifferent to the fact I had already waited 30 minutes. When I reiterated my frustration and got up to leave, he responded, "Thanks for coming in.", I responded that it was not a good experience for me. With his back turned entering the back office he responded with, "It was good for me."

My 18 year old daughter had an appointment to open her first checking/savings account. I was with her for support. Armando came out from the back and said follow me over here. No greeting or even a smile. Seemed very grumpy. We get to his cubicle and it is obvious he was in a bad mood. We did not have two proper forms of ID. I asked why we received 10 text messages and not a mention of forms of ID. He said it wasn’t his problem. I asked him why he didn’t mention forms of ID when he called. He said we should know because it is on the web site. Extremely rude and aggressive! I told him I was going to reschedule with someone else because he had a serious attitude problem. He got very aggressive and was acting like he wanted to be physical. I have never experienced anything like this in my life.He is a ticking time bomb. Armando has serious issues. We went next door to Bank of America. We made an appointment. The Women there was amazing went over every detail and scheduled around my daughters school schedule. Couldn’t have been more pleasant and professional. I didn’t mention my experience with Wells Fargo she just obviously understood their code of conduct. I will be in touch with corporate.

Worst customer service ever. Said they couldn't help me because they have an apt they have to take care of. The apt was at 1145 I was there at 1115. What a waste of time. 3 people in there and the manager can't even assist anyone. Time to switch banks wells fargo is a joke.

2 tellers on the line on a Friday? Hire some staff, that's ridiculous. Line goes all the way out the door, how is that even acceptable?

Janine was the person I talked to after my call was disconnected and it was the best accidental switch! Janine was so kind and patient with me. I was anxious to make my first bank call but you made the process so easy and straightforward. She's the type of employee that every Wells Fargo should have! Thank you Janine if you're reading this!

The employees at this establishment are top notch however their manager (the brunette on a power trip) is a complete idiot. Went in to have a check signed over to me by my friend, who had 3 forms of ID just not a state ID and had no issues. Then we came in a few weeks later to do the same thing and the manger claimed the bank couldn't do it. After I explain that they had already done so in the past she was more concerned about disciplining the GOOD employee for doing his job rather than helping us. Now this tyrant is going to punish a good man for doing his job. I instantly closed my account because I never want to do business with wells fargo again. FIRE HER and give her job to one of the steller employees that work there.

It's Sat and the line is out the door. There were two agents working the window when we arrived and was quickly reduced to only one. The manager (I assume) came out and very friendly ask what everyone needed. I ask if there was a way I could discreetly make a large deposit but quickly found out we had to wait in line. Being handicap I was trying to just be careful- not skip the line. And you would think with many customers walking in then out seeing the many people in line that the mgr would open and work a window till her other agent was off break but she did not. Or even with the two agents I feel she should of assisted till the line was worked down. Too many managers get the head that it's "not my job" & I feel this is what we all witnessed. Again very nice, but needs better management skills/training!

What the heck?!!! Went to take money out & Jossey was more concerned about educating me on the correct terminology than assisting me. Not a smile, not approachable & definitely not coming back.

Glad I read the reviews before opening an account here. Some sound like what I already deal with at BOA. So why bother
