Worse brunch , they have teller name Keiko who doesn’t know what she’s doing, I was with withdrawing money from my account and because of her whole process took 40 min she called back office , supervisor…….. wearing face mask so I could barely hear her ……..

Very long line to see a teller manager not stepping in to help knowing their short staff the manager even a banker should step in and help I thought customers are number 1 priority I guess there just going to be a bad reputation like in the past.

I understand staffing maybe a bit slow....but we can't keep using Covid as an excuse. The Northwest branch is so much better and faster. So mad they mailed my stuff to the wrong branch.

Be aware of this bank. They refused to withdraw money out of my own account. It was only $3k I was taking out. Teller name coco put me on hold about 30mins that she has to talk to a specialist to verify me. I walked into the branch with my ID and my card and pin. What else can you verify more than this? She came back said they couldn't verify me at this time and refuse to getting my money out. I've never had this kind of experience in my life. How can I put my funds in the bank if I cannot take out when I need? So I asked her let me talk to the specialist and she also refused that. So I went to another branch on blue diamond, and got my money out no problem. I believe they didn't even have enough cash lying customers as she did to me, making problems out of verifying issues.I will take my all my money from this bank and move to another bank. I don't feel safe keeping money in Wells Fargo anymore.

The staff is always attentive and kind at this location as well as At Warm Springs. You can tell they are really working to be good at customer service. I actually don’t dread going to the bank like I do for the other banks I use. I truly enjoy the customer experience here and appreciate they way they make me feel when I’m there.

Zero customer service came in to add my spouse to my account they only have one banker working was told to go online to schedule an appointment the first available appointment is nearly a week what a joke, we went to Chase without an appointment today and no problem sat down with a banker in less than 5 minutes this is the same experience I had in North Carolina

I was greeted with kindness from the moment I walked in the door. I went in there to open a new account they were fast friendly and very knowledgeable. Orion Caposey Helped me with my accounts. He was extremely helpful and was able to To get me in contact with their mortgage refinance specialist. Also the bank branch was very clean!

Wish we could give them 6 stars! We were visiting from out of town and this branch went up and beyond for us - on a Saturday. Both Teresa and Erica provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service! We cannot thank you both enough!

If it wasn't for the branch manager Brian I would be giving this branch a 1 star. I have been trying to get an appointment with a banker for about 3 weeks at many other locations. Ever since COVID most if not all banks have made it so hard to sit with a banker. Worst part today was one of those days where I had just reached my limit. Brian the BM was so helpful. The whole time he maintained a professional posture and helped by explaining why there were so many delays. I'm sure I was the hard costumer for the day but the way he maintained his professionalism just made me realize he really loved his job. I have never seen anyone EVER stayed so calm and respond so professional under so much pressure. This guy went above and beyond and should definitely be teaching other bankers and managers what it really means to provide a great costumer service experience. The reason I know he is doing a great job is because he sat me down with a banker as soon as it was possible and the banker did everything to get us in and out as quickly as possible. The banker was Ervine and he also shared the same values his manager did with us. Leadership starts at the top and Brian is doing an absolutely amazing job! Thank you Ervine James and Brian Monzo.
