After having to wait in line more than 25 minutes, given there were more than 15 people waiting in line, and only 2 tellers working on a Friday before a three day weekend, I was told I could not deposit a check made payable to my Wife's account, because she was not there with me. We have been loyal customers with significant balances in several accounts for almost 20 years, I asked for a manager and he could not have been more dismissive and rude. As it turned out I on my own came up with a solution which was to deposit the check which I had endorsed over to my Wife in my account which was acceptable. Bottom line is neither team member was willing to help. I remember back in the day banks bent over backward to originate business and be of service to their customers. This by no means was the case with this Wells Fargo Branch.

I've been coming to this Branch for over a year now because my place of employment does not offer direct deposit. The staff is absolutely wonderful!... The manager is the problem he's not a team player he will not step up when there's eight people in line and someone speaks up about it he just says he has other people coming in they're not scheduled to be in yet especially on a Friday payday at noon. Needs to be trained in customer service and team participation I do not recommend this branch.

Wells Fargo has become a terrible institution. No customer service and only interested in making their fees. I found Chase to be a better all around banking experience.

I've banked with Wells for over 30 years. Had an issue with my business checking account and went into branch to resolve it. I just wanted to close out my account and reopen with a new number. I had the unfortunate luck to end up with Matt Smith, the branch small business banker. What a jerk....he didn't seem to "get it" that I own the business and I didn't need a former male employee there for "permission" to do anything with MY account. I think this j*** clearly just doesn't want to deal with women. I'm moving my quite substantial account elsewhere. Please Wells Fargo....do yourself a favor and fire this guy. He just cost you a customer who's put millions of dollars thru your bank over 30 years.

NEVER Bank here. I gave one star because I had no choice. My mother is 84 yrs old. Someone was charging storage fees to her savings account (never knew you could do this). My mother went to the bank to dispute this and they acted like she was the criminal. She provided them with all documentation they needed. Now after their investigation is over they are only giving her back about 50% of her money. They said because she did not recognize it sooner they are only giving her that amount back. It is a savings account which has NEVER been touched. They acknowledge fraud but yet want to penalize her. Why? Because she is elderly? She doesn't want to make a "fuss" as she says. BULLS***T. How dare Wells Fargo prey on the elderly. Wells Fargo has acknowledged it was fraud, giving a portion of her money back. But now because she did not report it sooner you are going to penalize her. It was a Savings Account. NEVER bank here NEVER

I went into this branch furious about another issue that caused an inconvenient trip to the bank. Michael was extremely helpful and patient with me. The issue was resolved and I appreciate the Great customer service.

Terrible me and my mom just pulled up to pay rent and it closed at 12 we were in the ATM line before 12 and am employee named DANIEL comes out saying there closed and we told him we were there before 12 and he was like you can come back Monday. We were livid the rent is due and they wouldn't let us deposit the rent because it was before 12. Even if it was a minute or 10 minutes over title companies, construction workers, even a fuckin jimmy Johns would give u the courtesy of staying 15 minutes after it's just ridiculous and the way the employee DANIEL handled it wasn't considerate nor Employee like he was rude and very stand off ish. Wells Fargo has lost me as a customer and same as my mom. go to Clark Credit County Union they get more money at the end of the year back plus they don't over draw you like this "Great" Bank will. Have a good day guys and f*** DANIEL.

Booked a 10 appt for Saturday knowing it may be busy due to limited hours. Sit in the car while people line up, as I'm in the handicapped parking spot because I cannot stand for extended periods of time, not thinking I should wait in a line before they open with my appointment. Well, they open the door and just take everyone as walk ins without asking for any appointments. So as I stayed in my car, I lose my appointment because I don't stand in a line. This was absolutely unprofessional and I came to open a new account. Gave them the opportunity of waiting no more than 10 minutes. The service manager would only say "I apologize but they should be done soon" and no actual empathy whatsoever. So to you Wells Fargo, you deserve 0 stars for this location based off my very first experience with you. Thanks for your unprofessionalism and carelessness to follow your own company policy.

Markup your checks before telling you about the$7.50 fee. This is so dishonest and makes it annoying to bring the check to your own financial institution all marked up. Stay away! Even if the check is from them

Actually I do not belong to this bank, but my husband does. The truth is that every time we go they always give us the best service, especially Daniel, thanks wells fargo for helping us and making us feel like Family. We love this place

Wells Fargo dealer services are horrible. If you get through all the voice prompts that have nothing to do with what you need you get to talk to someone who is not interested in helping you. At this point I would not even use their ATMs. We have a home loan through them and they still treat us like a burden. They really suck.
