39 years w Wells and they have always treated me very well except once at the Rancho Santa Fe office in California. I'll never forget how rude they were. I'm sure it was because I wasn't a resident of the town. I've used several of Wells services and never pushy. Yes they are crowded but what bank isn't!

I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 9 years now after switching from a different bank back in Los Angeles. I'm glad to have carried over my accounts over to my new Las Vegas Wells Fargo location. Especially my 3 very close local locations here in Summerlin. Everyone is always super nice, professional and friendly. Even when I come in after the gym all sweaty Lol. They seem to have plenty of tellers available and the lines are rarely long. I appreciate great customer service and my Wells Fargo exemplifies that in many ways... I definitely recommend my local summerlin branches. Aloha

I hate to give this place one star. I got to the bank 2 minutes before they closed. Both sets of doors were locked. In the front and the side. I got back in my car, saw a lady coming out and she said they locked the doors 20minutes prior. So I went through drive-thru and met Ariana who was moving the cones. I asked her if i could go through drive thru because the doors were locked before 12pm. She said she locked them and she said they were. It was 12:02pm. How could she lock both sets of doors and put 4 cones out in the drive through so quick. I said it wasn't accurate what she was saying. She said my name is Ariana and it is. I said no way. She told me to use the atm. I said my transaction wouldn't allow. I will close my accounts here and use a bank that is more customer oriented.

I have to do this review because this is the second time that Ariana Torres doesn't help at all, this is the second time that I have to go to an other Wells Fargo location because she doesn't want to help or do her job. If you do an appointment just make sure it's not with her, because you just gonna go frustrated. REMEMBER NOT WITH ARIANA TORRES

The line was long for the attendant part of the drive thru. I ended up walking up to the atm at the other side as the atm from drive thru had a line too

This has been my branch for 17 years. I will be closing my accounts as soon as I get a Credit union account set up. I went to the branch today to ask them to refund two late fees that they took from me, thinking that because of my long relationship with them, they would appreciate me and value me enough to do that. It was my mistake that caused the fees but it's been 15 years since the last time I did this, so not a mistake I make often. They offered to refund 75% of the fees, but seeing as my entire family, husband, kids, step kids, and their business, have their account at this branch solely because of me, I falsely imagined that they would care enough about all that business I've given them that they would waive the whole $70 and not just $52. The banker level 2 apparently doesn't have the power to make such a big decision and called the customer service manager. It's a good job her badge said customer service manager otherwise I would have thought she was just a manager because customer service is not her forte. Even though I'm old enough to be her grandmother she wanted to school me on how not to get another late fee, and even when I pointed out I haven't done this in a decade and a half, she still continued to teach me how to run my account better. She talked at me so excessively I had to ask her to stop talking, at which point she snappily wished me a good day. After 45 minutes of going back-and-forth with the manager and the level 2 banker, and having cost Wells Fargo probably at least $100 in wages of two people who tried to get me to accept $18 less than I wanted, they still refused to say they would waive the entire amount. So now, even though I stuck with Wells Fargo through their unethical investment scandal, through the "let's just give them another credit card that they didn't ask for" scandal, and their "refusing to stop advertising on Breitbart" scandal, this $18 will cost them my account, my husband's, both my kids, My step kids' personal and business accounts. And I will move to a credit union that is not just invested in my community but treats me like a valued customer, and not like a cleaning lady who didn't mop the floor properly the night before. Because that's how I felt as I drove home.

Their customer service doesn’t encompass everything that a customer expects from a product, service or organization, including their manager.

Have trust issues with Wells F anyway. I always go to drive-through and then received with hello's and smiles. Very nice people that work drive-thru. Finally decided to open an account and was told I had to make appointment. LMAO! 5 people standing around DOING NOTHING AND NO ONE COULD HELP ME?!?!?! First time I ever heard of a bank rejecting someone's money. Done with Wells Fargo, You Stink!

WORST Bank! There was fraud on my account. This has happened previously on this account and I had another checking account with Wells so I transferred the balance from the fraud account to the other account on Saturday because I work 8-5 Monday-Friday (their operating hours). The gentleman I spoke to said the account would be closed as soon as they returned the money that was taken fraudulent. He said he would put a note in that account ensuring no fees would be generated because the account was being closed. He never said I would need to come back in and sign anything. The money was returned the following Monday which was appreciated. On Tuesday I noticed there was overdraft fees on the account that was supposed to be closed. I had to take time off work to go to the bank to address this. The person at the Banker's desk (Brett) acted put out to have to assist me because it was almost closing. He told me no one was there to reverse the fees and the account could not be closed if the fees were going to be reversed. I explained I had to take time off work and I needed the account closed. He shrugged and said I would have to come back and sign a paper another day. I explained I would just close both accounts and bank with Chase. He didn't care. So I again had to take time off work and I took my money out of Wells Fargo. They could care less and had ZERO customer service!!!

Do you really need 5 people standing behind the counter while only one person is at a teller window. Check out the attached picture. 20 people in line at 10:30am on a Wed. I am glad I don't use this as my primary bank. Just here to deposit a check for the landlord. Jesus this place is awful.
